They were on time to install but didn’t install everything . They did schedule a date and time to come back but didn’t come at time they said they would. We have never received a call back to reschedule and the local numbers given no one ever answers. The 800 number never helps this company is bogus.

I’ve had my system for just over a month now. It’s slow response leaves me feeling a bit unsecured. You have a 30 day trial period but how dare you starting having concerned after 31 days. It will cost you 90% of your contract price to cancel but it really doesn’t cancel until that 90% is paid in full. Really lost faith in this company

I was not informed I was locked into a 5 year contract. Extremely predatory policies and now I am forced to pay over a thousand dollars. They knew that this was going to be a short term living situation for me. Save the money and don't bother. I will be letting everyone I know to never use this service.

I do not recommend this company to anyone ever. They have difficult to contact and they are not up front about their product or services. Someone came to our home to upgrade our equipment (which we did not request) and as a result our contract was renewed for 6O MONTHS!!!

These goons are trying to scam me and I have not even received the equipment yet! They keep giving me the run around about canceling this service. What's so hard? I haven't even received the equipment. This is a SCAM! RUN! RUN! RUN! DON'T DO IT! -A VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER YOU COULD HAVE HAD!

Terrible experience with this company. In the first year, cameras have went out multiple times and there is a $40 charge everything they send a technician to fix the problem. I wish I would have used another company to protect my family and belongings. Do yourself a favor and look around for better options.

Bamboozled into a 5 year contract when I was told it was only 12 months. Reached out multiple times and explained that I would be homeless and had no use for the system and they suggested that i pay the 2 grand to cancel:) as if I had 2 grand. Lies, lies, lies. Not upfront about costs at all. Mediocre security and helpless support.

Was on vacation across the country in November. Got call from Alder that my fire alarm was going off. Fire department was called and didn't see any problem. Same thing happened about 1/2 hour later. I was panicked to say the least. When I got home a week later found it had gotten COLD! Alder should know if their alarm is for cold or heat.

They cancelled our account and kept taking money out of our account & now tell us we have to keep paying even though the equipment wouldn't work right, they wouldn't send a service tech to our home (sent us parts to fix ourselves), Would never recommend this company to anyone for anything.

A complete rip off, purchased 3 cameras from them, they don’t install. Customer service is the worst I have ever had to deal with. Alarm goes off for no reason all times of the day for no reason. I guess the only good thing is I am getting to know the police pretty good thanks to the false alarms.
