Note that if you have a high-deductible plan, preventive services will be covered in full, but non-preventive services will apply towards your deductible and you’ll be responsible for the full negotiated rate for those services. In the event of an emergency, your plan will cover emergency care at out of network emergency rooms and urgent care facilities.
