The installer was very informative about what he was doing and why we were having one of the issues we noted. He also offered to reattach the gutter on the back of the home that was damaged by a gutter cleaning company. We did not have filters on the rear of the home because we don’t have leaf issues. I was very grateful that he went above and beyond to make sure we would not have issues in the future. He saved us from a future repair bill.

I checked with other well known companies before checking with All American. The others were more expensive and wanted to do more than necessary. The actual filter felt and looked identical to the most well known company's product, but I was offered to do just the filter(aka gutter protector) since my gutters are very well made. The installation went very smoothly and the protectors are doing their job. I think everyone should look into this product!

The actual gutter guard installation looks good and does the job. When I had asked about getting the fascia looked at/replaced, the rep had assured me the installer would look into this and make repairs as needed. I had another couple companies inspect and said the fascia in some spots would need to be repaired. They were not replaced and to my knowledge, not inspected either. Felt like it was over priced. Installation guys were nice but didn’t speak English well so I didn’t feel like I could ask them all the questions I had wanted.

In late spring early summer the oak and hickory trees finished dropping their leaves a lot of them were built up on the gutters and we had an extremely hard rain storm and it did not wash off the leaves and gutters over flowed. So I still had to get a ladder out and clean them off. I called them up they said if it happens again they will send me a leaf blower. It hasn’t happened again. However the leaves are just starting to fall so I’ll see what happens then. Bob
