I liked the product's built-in features that effectively address water drainage issues on my roof. However, I was disappointed to find out a third-party team would install it, and communication was challenging due to language barriers. Despite this, the installation crew was efficient and completed the job well.

I haven't had any issues with my gutters overflowing, but I feel misled by the sales pitch. The installer only did part of what was promised, and I believe they were not fully informed about the details. Overall, I appreciate the work done but wish for better communication and follow-through.

I've noticed that the product does help keep my gutters clean, although some leaves and seedlings still stick around. Overall, it fulfills its purpose well. However, I didn't find it effective for other tasks I was hoping it would address. Would recommend for gutter cleaning but not for broader uses.

The actual gutter guard installation looks good and does the job. When I had asked about getting the fascia looked at/replaced, the rep had assured me the installer would look into this and make repairs as needed. I had another couple companies inspect and said the fascia in some spots would need to be repaired. They were not replaced and to my knowledge, not inspected either. Felt like it was over priced. Installation guys were nice but didn’t speak English well so I didn’t feel like I could ask them all the questions I had wanted.

In late spring early summer the oak and hickory trees finished dropping their leaves a lot of them were built up on the gutters and we had an extremely hard rain storm and it did not wash off the leaves and gutters over flowed. So I still had to get a ladder out and clean them off. I called them up they said if it happens again they will send me a leaf blower. It hasn’t happened again. However the leaves are just starting to fall so I’ll see what happens then. Bob

How good the gutters look, and the time it took to install the gutters i also purchased the 6” gutters instead of the 5” because the installer thought that the fain water would overflow the gutters …

I had issues with my gutters overflowing, but after the recent work, they are functioning well and directing rainwater properly. The team did a good job overall, but I noticed some paint got on my stucco during touch-ups. Just a small oversight, but it would have earned them a perfect rating otherwise. Keep up the good work!

I had no erosion issues and the water management is effective. However, I noticed debris like garbage and leaves are kept out of the gutters, which is great. On the downside, there were metal shavings and scraps left behind after installation that ended up in my pool. I believe they need to ensure thorough cleanup after their work.

I had issues with communication regarding my gutter installation. While debris isn't a problem anymore, I was confused when a subcontractor showed up instead of All American Gutters. The installation didn't fully meet my expectations based on what the salesman promised, which was frustrating. Clearer information would have helped.
