The actual gutter guard installation looks good and does the job. When I had asked about getting the fascia looked at/replaced, the rep had assured me the installer would look into this and make repairs as needed. I had another couple companies inspect and said the fascia in some spots would need to be repaired. They were not replaced and to my knowledge, not inspected either. Felt like it was over priced. Installation guys were nice but didn’t speak English well so I didn’t feel like I could ask them all the questions I had wanted.

In late spring early summer the oak and hickory trees finished dropping their leaves a lot of them were built up on the gutters and we had an extremely hard rain storm and it did not wash off the leaves and gutters over flowed. So I still had to get a ladder out and clean them off. I called them up they said if it happens again they will send me a leaf blower. It hasn’t happened again. However the leaves are just starting to fall so I’ll see what happens then. Bob

Overall, the service provided was satisfactory. The project was completed on time and within budget, but there were issues with the initial salesperson's follow-up. Thankfully, the sales manager stepped in and provided excellent customer service, which made a significant difference. Improved internal communication could enhance the overall experience.

All gutter end caps leaked in moderate rain, none were sealed with calk. Two of the newly installed gutters were over run at first rain. I had discussed this with the estimator as a potential problem! Several large bushes ( small trees) had broken branches, one a Japanese Dwarf Maple lost it's front skirt. The estimator claimed to be a supervisor and would inspect the final job, I have yet to see the man! The preformed curved down spouts are poorly attached, some with one (1) screw. NOTE: I HAVE LEFT THE COMPANY TRUST WORTHINESS BLANK!

I've had the product for a short time, but it seems effective with a good cover feature. However, I was disappointed to learn that a third-party crew would be installing it, and there was a significant language barrier that led to miscommunication during the process. Overall, while the product appears good, the installation experience was frustrating.

Well, I was expecting to never have to get up on a ladder again, to clean out the gutters. But this weekend I will need to, as pine needles are piled up in the gutters on my garage roof. What about that--any return visits from your installers?

The service has been confusing, as I can't provide a solid answer about the gutter installation since I haven't been in the house. However, debris isn't getting into the gutters, which is a positive. On the downside, I'm still waiting for my warranty details after several months. Communication could definitely improve.

I had a good experience with the service; the salesperson was helpful and checked in afterward. However, I'm still facing issues with leaking gutters despite their visit. I'm unsure how to resolve this, so I hope they can help me fix it soon.

I had some issues with water runoff on my porch, which can be quite bothersome. However, I'm glad I remembered who helped me with it and would like to reconnect. Overall, the service was decent, but I felt the charges were a bit high for what I received.

I had a mixed experience with the service. While the material quality was beneficial and the salesman was courteous and prompt, I was ultimately unhappy with the overall outcome. I found myself having to address issues on my own after they completed the job, which was disappointing.

I haven't had any issues with my gutters since using this service, which has been a relief. However, I did find the salespeople to be quite unethical in their approach. Overall, I'm satisfied with not having to worry about gutter maintenance anymore.

I had some issues with customer service after installation, and it took a while to get satisfactory help. Overall, I haven't had to clean my gutters since, but the initial problems were frustrating. I hope they improve their support for future customers.

I had a great experience with the gutter guard installation. It effectively keeps my gutters clean and has resolved the issue of water pouring over the stairway. However, the customer service could use some improvement. Overall, I'm satisfied with the results!

I appreciated not having to clean the gutters anymore at my age. The quality of the product seems good, and I was impressed with the salesperson's polite and non-pushy approach. The installers were excellent, efficient, and left the area clean after their work. Overall, a positive experience!

I had concerns about the quality of service provided. The crew seemed untrained and did not perform adequately, requiring them to redo their work. I'm uncertain about the effectiveness of the gutters, but I hope they are functioning properly. Overall, my experience has been less than satisfactory.

There is one gutter end that is still leaking although the installer said that he fixed it. Also, at the junction of a valley, the water continues to run over the gutter and down the wall.
