I had a good experience with the service. The product worked well, and my gutters are clean, preventing overflow. However, there was a communication issue between the estimator and the team, which caused some confusion. Despite this, the staff was friendly and did a great job overall.

I had issues with my gutters overflowing, but after the recent work, they are functioning well and directing rainwater properly. The team did a good job overall, but I noticed some paint got on my stucco during touch-ups. Just a small oversight, but it would have earned them a perfect rating otherwise. Keep up the good work!

I no longer need to clean my gutters, and it's been a relief given the number of trees around my home. Since making this change, I haven't experienced any backups. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the results and would recommend this solution to others looking for hassle-free maintenance.

I had no erosion issues and the water management is effective. However, I noticed debris like garbage and leaves are kept out of the gutters, which is great. On the downside, there were metal shavings and scraps left behind after installation that ended up in my pool. I believe they need to ensure thorough cleanup after their work.

I had some issues with water leaking around my gutters and reached out for help but never received a callback. The service was unresponsive, and when I finally got an answer, it was about lowering prices instead of addressing my concerns. I expected better communication and support regarding my gutter problems.

I had issues with communication regarding my gutter installation. While debris isn't a problem anymore, I was confused when a subcontractor showed up instead of All American Gutters. The installation didn't fully meet my expectations based on what the salesman promised, which was frustrating. Clearer information would have helped.

However, I did experience a delay in communication with the sales rep regarding a small issue, which was frustrating. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product.

I’m very happy with the gutter protection; it works great and keeps my gutters clean. However, I was disappointed with the cost to fix the screen after installation, as it exceeded what I was told. On a positive note, the customer service was excellent—friendly and attentive to my needs. Overall, a good experience!

I had a good experience with the service; they were prompt and completed the work quickly. However, I'm having some issues with water leaking around the gutters and didn't receive a follow-up call about it. I'm unsure why the water is dripping through the gutter shield, and I'd appreciate some assistance with this.

The gutter screens are effective in keeping debris out, but the installation process left metal shavings and screws in my pool. It's disappointing that they didn't take the time to clean up after themselves. Overall, while the product works well, the cleanup needs significant improvement.

The responses I received were quite unhelpful. When I inquired about the leaves and debris in my gutters, the reply was vague and dismissive. Additionally, when I asked about the timing for a solution, I was met with a flat 'no.' Overall, I left the conversation feeling frustrated and without any clear guidance.

I recently installed a gutter guard and it's of good quality. However, the cleanup after installation could have been better, as there were metal bits and debris left in the yard, which posed a safety risk for my pets. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product but would appreciate a more thorough cleanup process.

The product keeps my gutters clean and works well overall, but I had issues with the downspouts not being connected properly. When I reached out for help, they wanted to charge extra for the fix, which I refused. Now I have to hire another company to complete the job. Disappointed with the customer service.

The service did a good job keeping leaves out of my gutters, which was the main goal. However, I was disappointed that the workers parked their large truck and trailer on my front grass. Also, the no-interest loan process with Wells Fargo is inconvenient, requiring a physical bank visit for transfers.

I recently had gutter guards installed and so far, they seem to be working well. I haven't had any issues with leaks or clogs, which is a relief. It would be nice if the installer could send a quick photo update to confirm everything is in order, as most homeowners can't easily check the gutters themselves.
