Two payments taken out of my account simultaneously on May 17th a mistake made by the representatives of Debt Relief program. As a result of this double withdrawal my account had insufficient funds. The representatives from the company told me it take 3 to 5 days to return my money to my account. Today's date is May 28th and my money has yet to be returned. So I'm not happy at all with your company.

Been with them for a little over a month. They've settled ONE account. There's NO communication as I'm unable to answer the phone at work, which is most of the time, but won't leave message... just get emails that say hey... we have a settlement offer for ONE PAYMENT OF..... TOO HIGH. But no other option so I'm going to file for bankruptcy...I give up

Thank you for reaching out. It appears there was a misunderstanding when you enrolled---your dedicated savings account needs to build up funds before we are able to settle your accounts. Negotiations typically start between 4-6 months after enrollment. The fact that you already have one settled is great, but not typical. If the settlement offer was too high, you can reject it and when future offers are available, they will be presented to you.
