The last conversation we had said they're is a possible agreement on a reduced settlement with Achieve. We have not heard anything since and that has been 2 or3 weeks ago. Our rating is based on lack of communication with us as to any progress that is going on.

This whole experience has been awful. My credit score drop over 200 points due to lack of payments for 6 months. Only one of my three accounts have been paid off and nobody can give me a straight answer. When I applied in July of 2023 i was not told that my credit score would be affected thos badly. I was told it would dip and be back to normal in a few months. I would not reccomend this process to my worst enemy. Zero out of folive stars.

The fees. I paid over $1100 into my dedicated savings. They negotiated alone account was only going to save me $1500, they took over $1000 in their fee upfront only paying the debtor the first $50 payment. I’ve canceled the service and I likely won’t get my money back. I could’ve just negotiated with the credit card companies for less and paid no fees.

This company actually made my score go down. I thought I understood everything they said before I signed on, but obviosly I didn't. You have to let yourself have bad credit before they fix it. I wasn't late on anythig, I jsut had a lot of debt. But with them you have to become late on evrything for them to help you.

We signed a release of information when we signed up. Yet they did not contact any of our creditors. Now we have to pay $15 for each notarized document in order for National Debt to speak with the creditors. Meanwhile, our creditors are calling, emailing, sending letters & we do not have a phone number to give them.

The company is filled with liars. The first person you speak to will give you the most reasonable quote from all other debt consolidation places. If it sounds too good to be true it generally is. My first deposit and every other deposit was more than double what I was quoted. Not a big deal, I assumed my debt would go away faster. 6 months of religiously paying on time they contact me to increase my deposit to $491!!!! Do not fall for the trap. I am currently looking at better debt consolidation companies with honest employees.
