This is second time using them. 1st was Great all around. Second time the fees are outrageous! The most recent they charged me $3013 in fees but settled for $2427? Not to mention They don't listen n come up with every excuse in the book of why. I've asked numerous times to settle one inexpensive one only because my mother n law is listed as the cosigner and is affecting her credit and they still have yet to settle. Do not recommend anymore.

I was, when I started this program on time with all my payments all though they were high. I stopped making them in order for national debt relief to negotiate them down. They did so but then added a bunch of fees and had an outside loan provider contact me with a worse interest rate than I have ever paid to pay off the debts on an 24% APR and I’m still paying all the fees to them and stuck in a new huge loan and my credit score is now shot. Honestly worst experience

The email with the offer prompted my to confirm/deny the offer. When I clicked on the link, the terms of the offer did not appear on the page and therefore I couldn’t evaluate what to confirm or deny. I reached out for it to be fixed, with no response. The customer service is poor and only replies when there is a form letter template to use.
