The customer service is really and the people make you feel like it’s ok to be in trouble monetarily. What I don’t like is the money you actually save is still counted as income so you have to claim it and end up owing on taxes I saved 13k ended up owing 4k because of the debt settlement then add the fees and all the other stuff I lost money and my credit went to crap. Don’t do it is my advice just make arrangements with your debtors
