The idea is great! The customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. I have been contacted after 9 pm and been spoken to so rudely I wanted to quit the program. Numerous times I have been given incorrect information just due to the lack of training. The last call I received the agent had to put me on hold so many times for such extended periods I was beginning to think I had been connected to the wrong company. Super unorganized!!!

I used NDR about 8 months ago because I got an email if a special promo they were doing. I signed up and they called and we talked about help with my student loans in collections, they had guaranteed me they would cut it by 70 percent in 3 months. Well, 3 months later it hadn't gone down but maybe $850. They don't help anything, they just line their pockets.

We had a rocky start because it was not fully explained that they do not start your debt resolution until they have a cache of money. That was a little disappointing since I watched my credit score go steadily down hill.
