They are very vague about how it all works and how much their fees are and you will never know how long you have left to pay. No matter the deal they negotiate, you will be paying a lot. Many months of my deposits just go straight to them, thousands of dollars in fees and I can't see how they have even done much for me. If I knew it was going to ruin my credit score for years and be so expensive, I would not have signed with them. It's been horrible.

At this point I’m not very satisfied, I had requested to have my last two creditors accounts to be paid off for about three weeks because I deposit enough funds for that on my account and it hasn’t happened yet and not I’m going go get another unnecessary monthly payment when there is enough funds to pay my creditors and your fees I just don’t understand that and I’m very upset and disappointed on that

I feel like their verbiage was sneaky and they weren’t up front about letting the account go delinquent until after I signed up. The outcome of my horrible credit score so not with it. When the debt collectors called from the credit card company they told me that if I had just asked for help they would have offered a lower settlement and a better outcome and it wouldn’t have hurt my credit score so bad. They suggested to never go with collection agencies because they have such high fees.... fees that change!!!

Is been 3 years since I sign up to pay some debts .Then when I retire 2 years ago ,from the money I received I send them $10.000 to pay off the rest of my accounts and I haven't hear from National Debt Relief anymore .I called them to see how the status of my account was ,and they talked me they still working with the creditors .Come on .Two years after I send $10.000 to work with every creditor and they did nothing. They just put the money in my the account and withdraw the every month .Instead of work with the creditors ,because now they have the money to work with them .

I retained NDR in June and it is now October. They have settled only 1 of my accounts. In the mean time I have been sued by a creditor because they failed to even contact them. They told me for $200 they could file a response for me. 2 days before the due date I heard nothing back so I called them only to find out that they can not help me with this account. I begged them for months before I was sued about the calls and people trying to serve me and they did nothing. As of this morning I'm trying to see a lawyer and contacting my local news. This place does nothing to help.

I have been with them for a less then 6 months they have settled 2 out of 12 of my credit card debit. One was 3,000 for 1400 and 3200 for 1700. which is great. but the $700 fee for the one settlement was a shock. I don't recall them telling me about a 17% -25% fee for each settlement. ($700) most of my balances on the cards are around $1000. How is that helping me, that could be a settlement payment. I might have to look for better options. :.(

I have been with the company for over a year now. Their fees are 20% of debt settled which should be 20% of the savings since they might work a bit harder to settle for less. I sent them $8100 to pay off the debts already settled but they REFUSED to send lump payments to those. Instead keep settling debt and took out their fees instead of paying off the debts already settled. My complaints were replied with it's company policy... but I am the client and it's my money. Run fast away from this company. With their fees many savings were only $500 or so.

After reading all of these terrible reviews, I wish I’d gone with a different debt consolidation program. I signed up in October 2017 and nothing has happened, aside from them taking out 2 payments a month. I haven’t heard a word from this company since the day I finalized my paperwork. I finally called and they told me to call back in 4-6 weeks because there may be more progress then. Very frustrating and I’m hoping something, anything, will be done soon.

Paid 6000 over 1 year, they have taken 3300 in fees. One account settled early saving me. One account owed 11300, they settled for 9115 and so far have taken 2373 fees on it which is 11485 total on that one. they make sure they get their fees before paying creditors. 2 other accounts settled with their fees those 2 saved me 1000. I hope they are done with fees on those 3. That's 800 saved on 3 accounts unless they keep charging me. Look elsewhere. I still have 3 more creditors to go.
