I was nervous to sign up with them, but they calmed me down and explained everything very thoroughly to me. They seem very educated and know what they're doing. I think they take too much from you as far as you're trying to get out of debt and they try to take twenty percent off each thing they settle for you which I think is a high amount.

Everytime I've called in to ask a question, they've answered and explained everything in detail. They let us know what's going on with creditors and the companies they work with. I really like not having creditors call me, because Freedom handles all that. I'm very pleased with the service they provide, and everyone at the company is very nice and listen to your questions. If they don't know the answer to questions, they find someone who can help me. I have no complaints, they are a very trustworthy company.
