They are very helpful, they helped me get out of debt. I did have things that the lawyers were working on that FDR didnt know about which is odd to me. So now I'm paying outright for it. Disappointed in their ability not to be able to help.me when on multiple calls I asked if this was all my debt they could see and they told me yes multiple times

I'm glad I used them to help me lower my monthly payment. They're always very attentive to what you need but nobody's perfect. They have what they call a dashboard or website that you can go to, so you can watch to see what's going on. They help with debt, but it still takes a long time.

They are doing exactly what they said they were going to do for me. I've been with FDR for two years and they've of all my creditors they had taken care of all of them except for two and they are working hard on them now.

I like that there's no big fee at the end, it's just a little every month. They're good at answering my questions in a timely manner. If there's a major change with one of my creditors they let me know.

It's effective but it takes too long, it's taking longer than what they initially projected, however they get the job done. They've always been effective in the way they have provided answers and trouble shooting.

They have always been on the up with me. I've had no problem, whenever I run into a situation, I call them and they walk me through the process without anything hidden. I couldn't become debt free without them.
