FDR is so helpful and compassionate. I do recommend them. They were with me every step of the way. I was able to accelerate my deposits and there were some hoops to jump through to "graduate" early. I'm very much pleased with FDR. My one gripe with them is that I received a 1099-C form in March. However I filed my taxes in February. Not sure why it took so long. Not sure how this is going to affect my tax liability going forward.

I've had issues with communications. They don't call you back when they say they're going to call you back. I'm having issues with some of the representatives doing one thing and refer on another and nobody was working on the same page. It's a little irritating to deal with them. They've solved a couple of my debts already. But it seems like they're kind of lax about getting to my creditors and talking to them on my behalf so I had several issues with that.

I think they did a great job. When I called them about the coronavirus situation that I have no income coming in my business they really couldn't do anything as far as the creditors are concerned because they're a third party. I can understand that but still. Customer service has always been there to answer questions and do the job on time.
