Each time I have contacted them they have been very supportive and helped solve my issues. They've mostly updated me through email. They are helping me clear up my debt and bankruptcy, which was the thing I was trying to do. Sometimes I think I should've done this before and cleared out bankruptcy before, but I'm glad I went with them. I'm hoping I don't have to stay with them program for much longer.

I really had to use their services. I went through a bone marrow transplant, at that time I lost my job and I went on disability, so that was the reason why.
