Unfortunately, we are unable to stop you debt from increasing due to interest rates and late fees you agree to with your creditor, prior to enrollment with FDR. The only way the interest and late fees stop accumulating, is when we settle your accounts.

When a client first enrolls in the program, we won't contact the creditors to let them know; that's why we let clients know to change their contact information to ours with all of their creditors. The reason we don't contact all creditors in the beginning is due to, we need to have enough funds in your dedicated account to be able to start to negotiate with them. Creditors are not going to want to hear us calling them to let them know a client is enrolled in the FDR program, they're going to want their money and that's why we wait for funds to build so that way when we do contact the creditors we have funds to negotiate with them. I had read some articles and they sounded like a pretty decent company, so I chose them and I'm glad I did because I got everything taken care of and now I have a big relief taken off my shoulders. Everything is paid for, and I saved quite a bit of money because they lowered a lot of my bills. They were wonderful to work with.
