I’ll just put it this way— talk to your bankruptcy attorney first before making a contract with FDR. Also, very lackluster customer service. They will flip on you in a heartbeat. Reminds me of car salesman.

I feel as though I was extremely misled on this whole process. I was falsely told my credit score would go down only 6-7 points. It’s gone down 100’s of points. I was told they would reach out to my creditors. I’m harassed daily phone call after phone call and no one is helping me.

I did agree to pay every 2nd of the month the amount of $300 .they tried to withdraw $300 even 3 days before the 2nd and failed because my account # was missing a 1 at the end. The on 7th I see that they withdraw $600 instead $300 which was the cause my account going to negative.
