I like the fact of the portal to show where the negotiations are at for each debt enrolled and then once an agreement is made with that debt it shows how long it will take to be paid off.
What i don't like is how it's explained how the debt relief works and how in about a year or more your credit score is shot until the negotiations are finalized and paid off

So far they have been great, always able to call get get help with a question, time frames are close to what they estimate on next settlement, would Highly recommend if in Debt and need help with getting out, there is a light at the end of the tunnel just need to get there.

I feel that FDR is living up to their claims to help and I have been seeing consistent settlements reached on my behalf in reasonable periods of time. I also feel that my situation matters in the overall process toward final resolution of debt.

Your services appear to be okay so far. It's hard to review your company and my account, being so early in the process.
On the other hand, I find your representatives are somewhat knowledgeable or are trained to give very generic responses to my questions.
I feel the same is true for the information in the dashboard, very generic statements that are often repeated throughout.
For example, two accounts were approved by me for settlement. This would lead me to believe that the credotor is cognizant of an agreement to settle for the an amount.
When I asked one of your representatives why this creditor is still contacting me with requests for payment,the answer given was - we are not responsible or have any control over what the creditors do.
Why would I ask about this...
When continuing to receive requests for payment, it makes me wonder if
- the creditor has actually agreed to the described settlement
- if an offer has truly been made
- if the creditor is trying to collect more than they have reportedly agreed to
- if you are scamming me
So, right now, I will believe it when I actually see results

I mean, honestly… it kind of saved my life? Not literally, obviously, but like in the way that I feel good about my future. I used to feel dread so intense I wanted to die because I was afraid of the debt I’d accrued from student loans and credit cards (which I had used throughout the pandemic to pay for nearly everything). The only thing that I do not like is that they just paid off my last account, it is one lump sum, but the projected est. next settlement on the dashboard shows Oct 2024 - Dec 2024. This means that between now and then they stand to make an additional $1566 to $2088, this does not include the $1457 balance and the $1917 I have paid in fees over the last five years.
I will say that I enrolled eleven accounts, and they saved me $4973.73, which was 32.27% less than what I originally owed.

Well I was told which ones were going to get paid first, but now they're leaving it to the end, then they let accounts get closed which really looks bad on your credit especially after I sent all the information saying hey dude sending demand letters then I end up getting where the company sold it to a different creditor so basically I think they should have handled that right away it was already bad enough it was late payments but to have the account closed looks takes longer to get off the credit report and I did call I got to the point where I was not wanted to even speak and you just get this over with I don't like the way it was handled. My credit goes all the way back up then it went all the way back down I checked my credit at first it was slow I got up to 530 okay then 564 okay 584 okay then back down 552 to 532 when I checked to see accounts that where open not late got closed

I am thankful for the help I have received from FDR. If it had not been for the customer service representative I would have been lost. They ether only members that I spoke to on a regular w. I received not one call from the loan officer after I signed the contract. I did not like the dashboard at all. Unable to access the information I was looking for. The videos were very helpful. I assume my debit would be paid off sooner than it is scheduled.

If anyone have a debt problem, Freedom Debt Relief is the place to go. You deal with professionals, they are aways willing to help you with any questions that you may have and of couse they really get what you owe cut in at least 45% or more, which is excellent.

From My first phone call, I felt such a great feeling of relief. And I appreciated that My FD customer service person didn’t make Me feel shamed in anyway.
It felt really nice. I felt bad enough getting into my debt position, I didn’t need to be made to feel worse.
Things have moved along in a timely manner. I highly recommend FDR!

I like how friendly they are when you have to call in and ask a question. I like how professional they are too. I like how they run in the background, and you don't have to worry about making payments all the time. I would recommend FDR to any of my friends who need help with their debt.

I appreciate the great communications, but I feel like I am receiving too many emails. I keep tabs on my account, respond to texts quickly concerning authorizations. If it is possible to tone the emails down. My eyes have issues with screen time and I simply can't read all of them.
