The reason for my 3 star is NOT due to bad experience just that I am getting started..I have really did my homework on debt relief programs and felt most comfortable with pacific debt..a lot of reviews seem to be because people don’t pay attention to all details ..of course you know going into this your credit is going to get worse before better..And of course you have to pay a fee for services obviously ....Jake was my consultant and he did a well job making me feel that pacific fits my needs..and believe me I have talked to a lot of debt companies..but the truth will be in about a year when things start rolling more and I will be sure to come back with a review..
