After enrolling in PDI's program a few months ago, we have finally settled our first account. Our amazing account manager, Kimberly Becker, was able to settle our account!! This was our largest account in the program so we couldn't be more excited!
Also, I would like to add that Kimberly, along with other PDI staff, have been extremely accommodating when we needed to make changes to our account. We are very happy we chose PDI!

Our experience with Pacific Debt, has been great from the very beginning which has been approximately 2 yrs. Every interaction with them have been respectful, knowledgeable and with immediate response. Our case worker was Josh H, always helping us, guiding us, along the way. He was respectful and we always felt he was working in our best interest. We can't say enough about Josh. Along the way, we saved approximately $32,000 with his help. We couldn't have got out of debt without Josh and Pacific Debt.

I contracted with Pacific Debit in February, 2015 to assist me in settling credit card debt exceeding $40,000. To date, they have saved me close to $25,000 in credit card fees, late charges, and interest. I've been working with Carly for over a year now getting debts paid. I was apprehensive to sign on with PD at first. But the experience has been very good. Carly is the best she has helped me to pay off debts that I never thought I could get resolved. I feel so much relieve and I can see there is an end to having any debt. And becoming debt free. I'm so happy with Pacific Debt. It was easy to enroll. Their service is outstanding. My account manager Carly is phenomenal. She has been able to settle my debts at forty percent of their balance, way less than I expected! I thought it would takes years to start settling my substantial debt. To be honest, I was very nervous about taking the first steps for debt relief. Being young and not being to make more than my minimum payments though, was enough to make me start looking. I almost signed on with ClearOne Advantage until I kept hearing about people getting sued! So glad I was able to find Pacific Debt. I actually found this company after initially looking into debt relief at a different company. But after researching I discovered Pacific Debt had the best reviews. The reviews I read were amazingly accurate and I'm glad I chose Pacific Debt.

I would have to say my experience with pacific debt is great!!
Carly G is great, she was up to date with everything, she was also able to make arrangements with payments that were rough for me at the time.
She would always notify me when she got a settlement offer, I have one credit card left to becoming debt free!!
This is a good company who can help and I'm thankful I researched use the time things started to become a struggle.

Armando is the best, he has helped to alleviate my debt sooner than expected which doesn't seem like long ago. Very friendly, helpful, and willing to go beyond the call of duty to help. He truly is the best and I would recommend him to anyone. Pacific Debt is a wonderful company that I would recommend to anyone whose looking to consolidate their debt and settle it. Besides the professional courtesy I feel that both parties have been extremely respectful in a personal way and appreciate the service thus far received. No one wishes to be in this situation but sometimes here we are. If I have to trust anyone on my issues I am glad it is this group and particularly these two.

I have been with Pacific Debt for not even 6 months and Ellen has already settled two accounts for me saving me almost 10K. This is totally unexpected and awesome....... I figured it would be this summer before the first account would have a settlement but Ellen worked her magic and boom debt destroyed. I was skeptical at first but Pacific Debt made me feel comfortable and confident about letting them help me handle my debt. I made my first contact with pdi in may 2016. It is now dec. 2016. They said it may take 4 to 6 months before they could reach any settlements. We owed over $ 90,000 in credit card dept. Within the past few weeks they have settled with several credit card companies saving me almost $29,000 so far. I have a great deal of respect for pdi. They have done so far what they said they would do. Their communication is superior. If you are looking for a debt company to help you out, please call PDI. They will help you. They are extremely professional.

So Far Pacific dept. has been great. They have reduce my dept. considerable so far. So far all the people I have work with has been outstanding with no complaint. I have been working with Kimberly B. She has been very friendly and is doing a outstanding job for me. They explain everything so I could understand what's going on. They contact you at least once a month and let you know the status of what the next step is and if I have any questions. I would recommend Pacific Dept to anyone in need of getting there dept down. Going through the initial process in the beginning was a lot of phone calls but things have calmed down now and are much better. Everyone has been professional and courteous, and has helped in explaining the process very well. Carly G who is my account rep, is very helpful and we are staying in contact with each other. I think my biggest problem is the fact that my monthly payments are just $100 less than I was paying before Pacific Debt, and I had gotten way over my head so it's stilI a struggle. I was told my payments cannot be any less than the $299 that I am paying, so it's been difficult to keep my bills current but I am working on it. I would feel much better if the payments could be less but then the process would take much longer.

So far so good. Everyone seems that they are sincere about helping us to get out of debt. Sometime things happen and you have know clue how to get out of your own way. Well after seeing there reviews on line we decided to take a leap of faith. And we are pleasantly surprised. We know this will be a long process, but I know eventually we will be able to breathe a sigh of relief.

Pacific Debt has been very professional, helpful, and has good communication in regards to all of my questions and concerns. I appreciate their help in navigating me through and getting me entered into the program. It was a very difficult personal decision, but it was better than the alternative and was the solution to help with my current financial situation during this negative economic flux. I look forward to continue working with them and completing yet another review upon reaching financial resolution. I strongly recommend researching companies out there and learning as much as possible in order to answer all of your questions. I hope you will find Pacific Debt is one of the better rated and accredited choices out there, where several others had higher priced rates and monthly payments making it hard to streamline and overcome debt.

when i contacted Pacific Debt it was Ashley that called me. whenever dealing with my personal information i am very leary about releasing it so i had a lot of questions and Ashley answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. something else about the program that makes me feel comfortable is that there is no prepayment penalty and if I am really proactive i can finish the program before the agreed upon time.

I did not think my situation financially could be repaired in the time I was told when I enrolled. Then I met Nicole who explained the process and the difference in my accounts and how they settle. Hard not to be nervous or worried when going through this type of process.
Nicole was able to answer my questions and calm me down (not easy). My 1st settlement she got me 40cents on the dollar which is not the norm but somehow she over dilvered. I would not want to deal with anyone else and if it was not for Nicole I would of gave up and filed BK.

It's been almost a year now that we have enrolled PDI to settle our debts, From the beginning up to now, every staff member who has handled our case 63661 takes pride in accomplishing his or her task with professional courtesy and sincerity. I selected Pacific Debt as the company that portrayed the best possible outcome for my credit card debt. I selected Pacific Debt due to the high rating and Better Business A+ approval. I spoke to Ashley Hudson on the phone when I called Pacific Debt for the first time. She was very courteous and friendly and answered all my questions about Pacific Debt.
Ashley assisted me with the application on-line and thoroughly explained it in detail for my clarification. I look forward to completing the program and being out of my credit card debt in the future. I was reluctant at first about PDI myself!
