About a year and half ago I signed up with this company and it was one of the better decisions I have ever made. I can share with you about 5 people there that have been helpful but every time and every person we have dealt with has been phenomenal. They worked with our budget and found a payment that was manageable for us. We are kept informed throughout the process and record a phone call every time we're called to authorize a payment or settlement to a creditor. 2 thumbs up for this company!!

I was very happy with this company for the most part except I kept getting switched around to different account managers during the last year of my enrollment and the personalization and rapport was not as good. During the first 2 years I was assigned Gabriel and he was excellent!! He always returned my calls and helped me many ways and especially with calming my anxiety with a few of the creditors. He apparently left the company so thats when I was assigned different people. As far as the debt, I had a lot of debt, 17 accounts totalling in the 10s of thousands and I was able to get all of it settled and paid off in 3 and 1/2 years which was great! Some creditors were a little easier to get settlements with but it all worked out with little trouble. The negative is your credit score will take a hit because you have to default on your loans for about 6 months in order for them to start settling so it is a little nerve racking but mine didnt drop as much as I thought it would and its already starting to increase again. Bottom line is, if your debt is starting to get out of hand and overwhelming, this is a great program to get it paid off. I wouldnt be where I am right now financially if it wasnt for Pacific Debt and I am very thankful!!! I can finally breathe !!

One of my creditors suggested my family consider using Pacific Debt Inc. about 28 months ago. At that time, we were afraid we were going to leave my child with a boatload of debt to pay. Just accepted our first settlement and what a relief it was, my rep Josh took control of everything and got us a settlement for 40 cents on the dollar. He was able to keep my personal involvement to one short phone call with the creditor. That meant a lot to me as I didn't want to be involved with the details of negotiation, he did it all. This company knows what they are doing and so far seemtohave my best interest at heart. We just eliminated 25 % of our debt for 40 cents on the dollar. Good job Josh and PDI.

We were really nervous when we first signed up with Pacific Debt because of all of the phone calls we got due to being in collections, but it was worth making the "plunge". After the first month the calls basically went away. I had a consultation this morning with an advisor who by the way was great initially. I asked him to send over some information so I can then have a conversation with my husband. I spoke to my husband and asked him what his thoughts where. He went ahead and asked if he could possible have a credit card that was missed added to the list and see how much our payment would increase by, to my shock I went ahead and open my emails and this was his response closed it out. Very confused on what you guys plan on doing with your monthly overhead and current income. Way too much debt to do this on your own. This was your best option to become debt free quickly to buy a home one day. Going to waste a lot of money on interest and many years of your life trying. Good luck. Here if needed.) I immediately called back and was transferred to a supervisor I didn’t feel like he was genuine with his apology and decided to not go forward with this company it left a bad taste of this is their way of handling questions they may have not understood I wouldn’t trust them with my finances. By the way they could’ve called and asked for clarification at any given point. I offered to send my thread over as well I noticed that they didn’t ask to verify my complain.
