This company is understandable if for some reason a payment arrangement is not made. They are very helpful and understanding! If I had to choose a debt relief company again I would choose Freedom Debt Relief again. I would like to say thank you. I would like to say in relation to one of the questions, that my progress is so slow due to having other financial problems as well. It is definitely of no fault to the company, Freedom Debt Relief.

I’m not one to give bad reviews but I had to disclose. Customer service is not knowledgeable with hard questions. I noticed a pattern, if they do not know the answer they hang up and many reps there have done so. They had a rating system for over a year that they mention when the call ends and that did not work every time. Recently they just fixed the rating system after a call which hopefully will alleviate employees there hanging upon people. I have invested time with this company or I would have changed. Buyers be aware. It’s unfortunate they only get basic training and have a hard time answering EASY- SIMPLE mathematical questions to help with your situation. I’m looking forward to finishing doing business with this company.

Scammers!! Took my money off my card via my account number.. I don't know how they did with out my authorization kinda p me off. When they said my account was open they never closed it for abt of them.

I would have preferred negotiations done first and a fixed total to knock out. The process is very intimidating and stressful, but everyone I spoke to has been realistic yet reassuring. Essential information was provided by email, in my dashboard, and by text, making it easy and much less stressful to stay on top of my key tasks and to be informed how to handle expected situations. Freedom completed my first negotiation in less than two months and I am eager to have the remainder of them resolved soon. If I had tried to continue handling my financial situation on my own I would be suffering the same damage to my credit without any meaningful relief to my overall burden. With Freedom I am working toward a controlled descent back to financial solid ground rather than a nosedive.

I could not get a straight answer the majority of times I emailed questions. Additionally, their fees are too high. In hindsight I should have negotiated my own settlements and saved thousands of dollars. In the end, they did not save me that much. You go in to the process thinking you’re going to cut your debt by 50%. That is not the case with their fees. The timeline I agreed to with a set monthly amount will not be met. This is extremely disappointing. Could it be due their fees? I have multiple lessons learned from this process. Overall I can’t recommend them to anyone.
