We are sorry to have disappointed you, Amanda. We need to wait for the monthly deposits to build up in order to have enough funds to settle the accounts. Strategically, however, this could be a good thing! The more and more the client's accounts go past due, creditors become more and more willing to accept a lower percentage of what is owed. In addition, we always send out a graduation packet once a client is completed with the program. If you did not receive this packet, please call us at 800-655-6303.
