They charge a lot of money for doing nothing. You still get harrassed by creditors and negotiate with the companies that don't harrass you first. They charged me 933.00 for an 1800.00 payoff. This is wrong. Bad company! I received a settlement offer in the mail and they still want to charge me a fee and they did not negotiate the settlement. Customer service is good until you sign up, and then they do not care if you have a concern or not. They just want their money just like the creditors do. They even sound like creditors

at this point I don't have much promise with freedom. all I see that they have done Is take money out of my bank account. have not contact any of my dector Iv had all of them calling me charging me with late charges all iv heard from you is take out insurance and charge me more money each month so tell me when you are going to start paying my doctors its been 3 months thank you

One of the latest said that he was closing my file because hes wasted enough time trying to get in touch with me. I work a full time job that does not allow me to take personal calls while at work. I would never use your services now due to his harrassing calls and belittling voicemails. Do not call or email me ever again.

They won't give us a chance. Y wife had some medical problems which caused our savings to disappear. Now that we can catch up from pawn shop loans, car title loans and pay day loans by making sizable payments just from interest relief, they won't allow a mere $5,000.00 loan. Promises and no follow through equal lies. We would be good for the payment if given a chance!

Overall terrible experience. Their lack of commitment to resolve cases and to check up on cases led to us paying thousands more than what should have been. At one point, we cashed out my retirement to try and resolve our debt quicker in the sum of $14,400. This set in our account for months without any negotiations taking place! We had to constantly call them to do something! This is commonplace with FDR, you have to call them to do anything.

If I could give zero stars I would. I don't know how they got any great reviews. They settle 1 debt at a time. I've had summons filed for the ones they have gotten to yet. I've had collection agencies calling me because of the debt they haven't gotten to yet. They tried to offer me a credit card to pay my debt at 25% interest rate. When they do settle, the interest rate has gone up so much they don't save you anything.

I returned his message, he was not available so I left him a message to call me as I was interested in pursuing debt relief. I spoke with a person named Ryan and agreed to have $251 taken out of my account each month to cover my debt. I assigned a part of the contract, never seen the entire contract which was a big mistake because they then took out another $251 at the end of the month which I never agreed to and could no way afford. They had no intention of wanting to resolve this until I got to a supervisor. My e-signature on this document is not even my signature I never signed my name like that. I would be very careful before I do anything with this company

I disagree with the ridiculous HIGH FEE that's charged once a settlement is reached on a clients account. People come to your company for debt relief HELP not to get RIPPED OFF, worse than the credit card companies themselves. I don't consider your plan of action helps someone but instead causing them to get deeper into debt. It defeats the whole purpose of trying hard to manage the monthly deposited that are set aside in order to have enough money to pay off any settlement when you guys are in the business of just ripping off your clients.
