Well they have taken so far 2vyears longer to resolve my debt than what was predicted. They have said I have no more deposits to make but continue to take out money and after being 2 years late on resolving debt all of my debt us not resolved. You can believe they are making their money off each client. When I ask about my account all I get us a generic answer meant for everyone not my account. Amazing NO. They only thing amazing is how they fool you and take from you. My debt could have been paid on its own quicker than this company helps you.

I am very disappointed in the fact that you consider your settlement percentages off the balance that has nearly doubled since I enrolled. You instructed me not to make anymore payments as of my enrollment date and you allowed these fees and penalties to accrue. This is not the appropriate way to handle this if you would like to report the amount of savings you offer individuals that seeking assistance. I have the numbers put together upon my enrollment, and based on the settlements, I have paid more than four times as much as it would of cost me to settle the accounts you have settled.

In retrospective I don't believe that using Freedom Debt relief was the best option to pay off my credit card debt. Fees are really high and unclear, timeline to resolve debt is somewhat always changing, and communications are lacking to keep me informed of the progress. Credit cards eventually do offer a settlement for a lower amount and at the end of the day someone struggling with money does not save anything, what they save in debt they end up paying in fees. Very disappointed.

They ignored our refusal of an authorization then used our money to pay the account we would not authorize because it was already paid off. That put all our other accounts into jeopardy. They tried to get us to pay for an account that was already paid in full the year before. I no longer have trust or faith in them.
