We do not collect our settlement fees upfront we wait until a settlement has been negotiated and authorized by the client and we have started making payments toward the settlement. Also, we only collect a one-time settlement fee. Even with our settlement fees, we collect it's still proven to provide you significant savings versus having to pay your creditor 100% of the debt owed which helps our client pay down their entire debt - principal, fees, interest and all.
