My teacher's retirement is 2117.89 per month. I pay you 862.00. I took Schools first off the settle list because it is tied into my Teacher's retirement. You settled a claim but my amount for the next four months is 340.00. In addition I have a charge to BA of 310.00 per month, Chase 100.00 per month, SFFCU 100.00 per month, health insurance 350.00 per month. You add it up. What do you expect me to live on?

I find it amazing I received a request to review your company this just confirms how inept you are! Where is your disconnect? After 16 months you have put us in a worse situation than when we began! After hours of explaining and rexplaining to your staff I have caught you in numerous lies and you still have no solution. In the mean time all the payments were for not! I've had a terrible experience with this company, all due to the individual who I signed up with. If you sign up and they tell you they will take care of all of your accounts right away and that your credit score will only drop around 30 points, you are 100% being lied to. The man, as a representative of FDR, went so far as to say that the paperwork says this and this and this person will tell you this, but promised that was not the case for me. He lied.
