Horrible customer service, horrible communication. I had high hopes three years ago when I signed up to relief my debt. After making payments of $575 for three years, and going delinquent with my Chase account FDR settled ONLY AFTER I TOOK ANOTHER LOAN OUT FOR $1,000 OVER what my initial debt was 3 years ago. I will NEVER recommend this company and make it my mission to let everyone know how horrible my experience was.
