Horrible customer service, horrible communication. I had high hopes three years ago when I signed up to relief my debt. After making payments of $575 for three years, and going delinquent with my Chase account FDR settled ONLY AFTER I TOOK ANOTHER LOAN OUT FOR $1,000 OVER what my initial debt was 3 years ago. I will NEVER recommend this company and make it my mission to let everyone know how horrible my experience was.

Freedom has done a lot of work to help with my credit repair but there are also some things that were not thoroughly explained. There are also times where the settlements don't go as planned and your stuck still paying the full amount and extra fees.
