Do NOT make the same mistake I did. The process is extremely slow. While you wait, late payments hit your credit report. I started with no late payments—now my credit is worse than ever. The damage is long-term and not easy to reverse. What I thought was help has only left me worse off. I wish I had researched more before signing up.

Payment for their services has changed since I started the program. I had to make repairs on my vehicle right at the beginning of this process, and they would not let me skip a payment even though I was told I could. If you get disconnected on the phone, they won't call you back.

I was promised within 6 to 8 months that all my debt would be handled and it’s been eight months and I’ve had two out of my 12. The other 10 are still extremely angry and I could’ve made arrangements through them personally instead of through you guys. Biggest mistake of my life going with you guys.
