I'm getting calls from Debt collection agencies stating that FDR didn't complete the agreement, therefore I have to pay the left balance

Reply from Freedom Debt Relief

We're very sorry that you're still receiving collection calls. When a client is completed from Freedom Debt Relief we make sure that all accounts have been paid off before completing the client. It's a process we go through to make sure that the creditor receives the payments on those settlements. If the creditor doesn't clear out the payments then we cannot update the account to resolved until we know the creditor cleared the payments and we have proof of each payment we sent out to the creditors! We would be more than happy to review your account with you and resolve your concerns! Please reach out to our client services department at (800) 655-6303 or for further assistance.

They're great people to deal with but I think their payments could be a little lower than what they ask for each month.

Reply from Freedom Debt Relief

Thank you, David for your honest review! The monthly deposit is all based off the total debt enrolled, that's how we get that amount. We do understand that it can be hard at times to maintain those deposits, but you can always give us a call and we can see what we can do to work with you.
