There can be many factors that are considered when our negotiation team goes to start reaching out to negotiate on accounts. They know how soon creditors are willing to start settling and also how much funds are needed to start the negotiation. So it can seem that it takes a while in between settlements. We like to send communications through the dashboard as well as email and text message. We try and refer clients to their dashboard, as it is a great tool to keep you updated on your program. I think the fees are to high. I think more of my money could go toward paying of the debt. For me the high fees drags out the debt being paid off.
