I had the pleasure of speaking with Jordan K, he was very knowledgeable and professional, he answered all my questions, very forthcoming and patient. He took the time to help me understand what I was getting into and was very thorough throughout the entire experience. One could not tell that it was late in the evening and I am sure I was the last client he had for the day. But he treated me with respect, patience and understanding. The only thing I dislike is the frequency of calls, but I think that is only because they are having to get my approval on settlements. Once that is done it should slow down. I feel so relieved getting help fixing my credit. I want it to be good again. I never want to feel as helpless as I did prior to joining Americor again. They are working so far. It is still in the beginning stages, but I'm grateful.

the experience has been thus far 5 X 5 ... however during my welcoming interview it was suggested that I might be offered a 'loan' to fulling fund my account ... I thought it strange that you would council me to never again allow my self to be saddled with a loan for over 24% interest would suggest that you would offer me a funding loan for over 24% interest ... that seems insane.

Im just starting out my journey but so far Americor has been absolutely wonderful. No regrets! They make sure you understand everything about the process and give you tons of support. They truly do serve us the client and whats best for us.. Instead of owing 90,000 over 30 years. I will pay about 36, 000 ovet 4 years. Yoi can also make extra payments if you want it to go faster.. You tank your credit score and deal with phone calls from creditors thats the trade off but you get your life back in a few years without Bankruptcy and then you can build your credit back up.. They also help with dealing with the creditors.. So grateful for Logan and Americor !

Well I was under the impression I was going to b debt free in 3 years and it's going to b closer to 5 years now! I made payments to Americor for 8 months then was offered a loan to pay off all of the companies I enrolled in the program. I was told about what they thought they could settle my accounts for which was about half of what I owed. But what I didn't realize was the half they negotiated was how they get paid. So I now have a loan to pay off plus the interest rate is high! They say if I keep up with payments they sometimes offer to refinance at a lower interest rate, or I can seek a loan thu another company to pay off. But I don't think any other companies will offer a good rate after going Thu the long period it took to negotiate so my credit score went down by 100points! It's a hard thing to think about because I've struggled for so many years to get my score to b at a 700! I've been thu a lot and I will get thu this too it's just that I was depending on that 3 year mark and that's outa reach now unless I could increase the amount of my payments but I most likely can't do that because of the cost of living and being a senior we don't get an increase in our income! And I retired on disability so I can't work to make extra money. I know I have the peace of mind I will get there and the collection calls have stopped but it was constant for awhile!

It's been very pleasant. I was all stressed out when I first call, but the associate, I think her name is Amanda, she calmed me down and I decided that this was the best way for me to get out of debt. When I tried to call to change my deposit date, I left a message on Saturday and she called me right back today when they were open and available to let me know that everything the transaction did go through. People call back and get back with me and don't ignore that I called and left a message. I like that.

Their level of professionalism is superb. Each representative that I have interacted with has been poised, extremely friendly and understanding to my needs. If you are interested in getting debt consolidation I would definitely recommend Americor. I dealt with like two different people, both of whom were very professional and quick at understanding. They listen to the reasons why I want to see the debt consolidation so it didn't feel like I was doing like business. It was a pretty easy set up with them and then getting you know like everything squared away and uploading documents and stuff like that is has been pretty easy.

I'm new with them and haven't really had a whole lot of experience. They are very courteous and when I have questions they answer them. When I first started to call them I thought that it was a loan they give you to pay your debt and then you pay them back but it's more of they consolidate everything but they negotiate with your debtors to get that thing down like fifty percent. When I first went into the program I did not realize that but now I do and it's all right.

Settled all of my debt. Answered any questions I had. The settlements happened faster than I thought. I was so overwhelmed with multiple loans, and couldn't pay them. With AMERICOR negotiating the settlements, and then me getting the CREDIT9 loan to pay off the rest- it was such a relief. Hopefully my credit starts to build back up again. I would've have been able to get back on top without AMERICOR.
