The representative went over the process of how the program worked. It was easy to get started; but at first I had my doubts because of all the letters I was getting from my accounts. The rep kept reminding me not to give up and just keep paying the monthly payment. After about 3 months I was approved for a loan to pay off my debt within 2 1/2 years. I'm glad I didn't give up.

Definitely consider Americor, everything was handled easily online and they are very good about being in contact with the customers so they updated me every single part of the way and explained any questions in detail and they just made the whole process simple. I had a different company reach out to me to try and find me a loan and they redirected me to americor for debt consolidation and I forget the agent's name but he was very descriptive with everything nature that I wasn't in the dark on any information so I really appreciated him. The client portal is very easy to navigate and very easy to understand. I like it better than a lot of other portals that I've used in the past. The first guy I was assigned to never called me back for my scheduled appointment so I called in and got another gentleman, his name is Jessie, and he was completely sweet and helped me every step of the way, answered all my questions even though I asked numerous times. It was always easy to get a hold of somebody and they always explain everything going on. It was going to take over a year to get everything settled and it was going to cost a certain price and I paid a little bit more and it actually came in eight months and then the price was reduced. They used some of my money to pay off one of the cards that I had been paying rather than put that in the financing so they got it settled quickly. I got what I was expecting. They work good for me.

I would refer people to Americor if they were in a jam. In the next year, I'll be in better shape financially. I was pleased with the the very first agent, Mr. Mark I. He was up front and he wanted to help me. I was kind of hesitant about the whole thing, and he explained to me that how much money I can I can save per month. And I signed up with them because I needed help. I've only been with them for about 3 weeks, and they already made a negotiation with one creditors. I was very surprised about that.

So far, things have been good. Initially, I called to request a loan for debt consolidation, but instead of the loan I just enrolled in the debt consolidation program. I just started, so I haven't really had to do much yet. Money comes out of my account automatically. They worked with me to help me spread payments out through the month, so he helped me a lot. I really appreciated that. They have the ability to work with other companies and I would definitely recommend it. I think overall Americor has been very professional and courteous with me, and have gone above and beyond to answer questions and provide useful information. The reason I am rating them a 4 instead of a 5 has more to do with the whole industry and process of debt consolidation, because I feel like I had to really press and ask difficult questions to get the full picture. Fundamentally, you are transferring debt from one place to another, and at the end of the day I am not saving nearly as much as it sounded like I would be in the orientation. If I had the means to pay the debt off quicker I would save more, but staying steady with payments essentially leaves me paying about $1000 less on a $20,000 debt.

They were really attentive because when they would call and it came up as spam, so I wouldn't answer it and then they would send you a text that they were trying to call you, so then I would answer because I know it wasn't spam. It's been awesome because I recently went through a divorce and got the credit cards so they helped me do all that. Don't be embarrassed just do it. We all want to pay our bills but sometimes you get stuck.

They have a nice website and app. The process takes quite a few months from what I've seen. We just had a little glitch with their automatic calling system there were they kept calling me every couple hours there for a week and I already talked to the person for my welcome on board meeting there so that was a little annoying but otherwise so pleasant overall. The process was super easy, the gentleman that I worked with to get on boarded was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and explain everything out according to how they operate everything. He never made me feel embarrassed or anything and just walked me through everything and it was nice to fully understand the comprehensive service they offer.

They explained things well to me before I signed a contract with them. They answered any questions I had right away and were more than happy to answer them, no matter how big or small the question was. They always called back within minutes if they missed my call the first time. They did everything to help me understand what I was getting into. I recommended them. Any time I had a question I was able to get a hold of someone and they were able to answer my questions and they thoroughly explained the process and what was going on. I look up to Americor. I had a problem with setting up my account, so I kept getting emails to set up my account and then when I went to do so I was getting a technical error code so I have not been able to set up my account there's a glitch there. Don't second guess your decision to get help because I'm glad that I went with my gut. I've been dealing with them I think since July of last year and I went in with three credit cards and within a three months one had already been paid completely off, then within six months two had been paid completely off, and then at the last as of last month. I got approved for their credit line and the last one was paid off. Every time that I've had any questions it was easy to get in contact with them and they've always entered in a rapid response.

I was pretty happy with their responses, their timeliness. They really do have good customer service so I appreciated that. They are very prompt if you ask for a phone call back they return your call and keep track of things too. I had a couple of surprises that I wasn't quite expecting, so you wanna ask as many questions as you can when you start. Certainly you don't want to get in surprises, my credit score was expected to fall, but it's a little further than I expected. They did exactly what they told me they could do. The whole portal thing I don't know, I just couldn't get into it to see my payments and everything. I keep on trying but they just have to be patient. I didn't have any problems with them. Whenever I call I get a response and they took care of took care of my needs. I ended up getting a lot of this debt discharged and of course I'm paying for it but it would have taken probably a lot a lot longer to get this taken care of than going through Americor. They expedited matters a lot, so I guess in the long run save me a lot of interest. I'm pleased with with my results.

When I called the customer service instead of being able to help me they told me to call back. Once I called back I was able to get through to what I was trying to get done, but other than that the agents did a good job we with me like listening to what I was planning on getting into the process. Very knowledgeable at the process is easy to understand. Any questions that arose during the process they answered promptly always. I was with the program for about a year maybe a little bit longer than a year and it just feels good to be thinks everything. Hopefully my credit score will improve the next month to score much to so. So it's it's a great feeling to have. I would just say just try to be consistent with the payment. Quicker process is possible.
