I did not like that when I was chatting with the rep to enroll in this program that I was misled about what would happen if I was going to be sued by a creditor that was already in the settlement program. I was told that Americor would handle any legalities that arose & when it did, they reneged. I contacted Americor when I received a summonses & was told they are not lawyers or a legal firm...I resent being lied to just so your rep insured I would enroll & you get you fees... from the court regarding a creditor already in your program.

Martin was very good at explaining things to me to and was very helpful when I had questions. The only thing I was a little upset with was when I went on to create my American portal I saw that each month my payment was going to about $13 more due to a fee. It still stayed within my budget but I should have been told about that. It doesn't change how helpful Martin was and he made the process very easy.
