I have had this service for 3 months and I am very dissatisfied with their service. In all of that time, they had only 1 item "removed" and keep saying they can't dispute any others; then they email that they have disputed accounts. Since I feel that they are giving me the run-around, I tried to cancel my services and get a refund. Heck, I can do a much better job myself! Not only would they give me a refund, they are trying to charge me for another month!! I would never recommend them to anyone.

Its a rip off. If you have some time, learn about how credit works and work on it. There is a ton of material on reddit. I used them for about two months and they removed 2/9 hanging negative items but now I think I could have easily done it myself. They collected 3 month fee+ ~$30 instead of two because when I tried cancelling my subscription, they revealed about some initial fees. Not worth the money at all. Their customer service waste a lot of time verifying details and tell you nothing other than what you knew.

If I could give ) stars to this company i would. I was moved around to different representatives for 4 months. No changes happened to my accounts. No fraud marks on my credit report or late fees which were not my fault due to the fraud were removed. I had horrible communication and cancelled my account. I asked for a refund for the 4 months i paid and have yet to receive it 3 months later .

I have 1 negative item, and its just a really simple negative item that they haven't been able to remove in 6 months now. Theyre just sitting there collecting their monthly subscription money from me and not doing a thing. Couldve just payed the $300 debt off and had it removed already and would have cost me 10x less then I've paid to credit repair!! Ridiculous!!!!

I responded to the ad=SCAM On craigslist. The man that spoke with an accent told me after the sign up process they would email me a list of houses. That raised my suspicions right then and there. I should of just hung up. But when i did I could NEVER get a hold of anyone, NEVER a solid answer. Nothing but a scam. i also feel this service made my already bad credit worse. 1st i got an email saying a negative was removed then i got an email saying it was back.

I wish I could put no stars. I’ve been with them for almost a year and I only had 4 negative items in my account. NOTHING changed. They claim they have customers that have >130 items that they’ve removed but they can’t do anything with my 4 items? I got the maximum, (“aggressive” plan was what they called it) but still no changes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS! I fell for their claims and will probably always regret it!

I engaged creditrepair.com to work on my behalf for a $99.95/month fee. After 3 weeks of using their service I chose to end the service because I felt it was too high of a fee. They then lowered the offer to 1/2 of that and then again to 1/4 of that until I finally said no. They then hit me with an additional $56 fee saying my 99.95/month fee was just to set up the account. Ridiculous and misleading. I cannot recommend them.

The help that I've been getting is the same as I've already been doing. At 99.99 a month after half a yr I'd be better off saving that money and pay off credit cards. You can dispute inaccuracies, but you still have to pay bills.
