Paid these liars over $200 a month for almost 2 years and got absolutetly nowhere. My credit never got better. They will also sign your name on paperwork without your permission. They are a big scam and I wish I could get back the thousands of dollars they screwed me out of. Please take heed when I say to never do any business with this firm. Never thought as a disabled veteran that a bunch of lawyers would lie and squeeze every penny out of me when they were supposed to be working for me. These people belong in prison for all the lives they have destroyed to make a penny.

I’ve been with you almost a year and had no movement in my credit score or anything removed . Chat with someone finally after all these months of receiving the same letters with nothing removed . I was told about a escalation process . Not impressed at all feel as though you are just interested in my monthly fee. I gave myself a year but sure I will cancel before . Not what I expected . The owner should be arrested...I don't rate this with a one...I rate at a zero...scam scam scam...anybody out there right now...try calling credit repair.com...I don't do business online and they told me to call anytime for any reason...I have simple things to clear up...they said AFTER I joined it will take one or two years...buyer beware of these crooks

absolutely the worst company that you can sign up with, unreasonable wait times on hold, take your money and get zero results. They also want you to do "live chat". problem is the site is not taking new accounts. FRAUD!!!!!!. They won't refund your money and they keep debiting your account and will not send you copys of any letters they send. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Had one item with credit repair for at least 5 months. Was told it would be an easy one and solved quickly. Still has yet to accomplish anything. I sent an email weeks ago asking for more information and was ignored. I will be cancelling my service with them as I threw money down the toilet the last 5 months and got nothing out of it. Waste of time and money. Would not recommend or use again.

They removed several items. I cancelled as they are expensive and I thought that I wa in a decent position. When I tried to cancel they got very nasty and almost immediately, all removed items from my bureaus were added back and my credit score got hit very hard. When I questioned them they had a terrible attitude and were just horribly nasty and rude.

This company is absolute crap. I signed up nearly a year ago, gave my information and disputed items. They didn't do a single thing. I went through and disputed items with the actual credit agencies and resolved it myself with still absolute zero action done by this company. I paid for this service for nearly a year, did not receive any advice, did not receive any credit reports, did not do one thing to fix my credit. When I went to submit a ticket to argue for a refund they cancelled my account and that is all. Please do not waste your money like I did with them.

They say all you have to do is pay and sit back but the truth is you have to figure out how to get online and how to pull your own disputes and other things print them off and mail them out yourself it is not an easy process and as a matter fact the whole point of you paying us to have a company do what they're making you do but they're getting paid to do it

One of the worst credit repair companies. They say that their on top of everything, their going to call you for update. The person who says he's on your case disappears after he makes the sale. The tactics they use takes forever witch means by the time you look around your 4-5 hundred dollars in with no significant credit increase. I would never recommend this service to anyone.

After seven months I called in to check the status of my disputes and the rep told me that my disputes haven't been replied too and I would need to do a different approach. So i asked " well when were you going to tell me its been seven months of me paying you". I immediately canceled. They have great reviews that's why I hired them but my experience was no so good. If your reading this call every 45 days and speak with a rep of the status of your account and don't just go off there generic emails updates.

Indicated guarantees and warranties as yes, they don't, paid 89.95 every month for 6 months expecting 3 credit bureaus be cleared of negatives, were only able to make positive impact on two and very little on one. Very unhappy, they only send form letters and if there is no response from the credit bureau they can only wait and wait. Won't suggest this credit repair to anybody.

I'm writing this review for you that are seriously considering subscribing to CrediRepair.com's monthly service. Simply said their service is terrible and just don't understand how they received an A rating from Better Business Bureau. I subscriber to their service for 5 months and got zero results. They send generic template letters with no personal explanation (creditor's sent replies back explaining they DO NOT ACCEPT letters from credit repair agencies). After this I decided to write the letter's myself and have already seen fantastic results. It simply is not work $89. month.

I had a simple one company (Verizon) charge for no reason from seven years ago - not receiving any bills or correspondence. I signed up with Credit Repair. They tried challenging it with Verizon and with Experian. It's been 3 months - they haven't heard from either of them. What good is it if they have no power - and just get ignored? I paid several hundred dollars, and got nothing in return.

I enrolled with creditrepair a few months ago I did not think the service was working for me so I decided to cancel my subscription. However, after acknowledging the cancellation in an email, credit repairs still charged my band account in a recurring arrangement I made with them when I signed up. Several calls to resolve the issue ended up my being kept on hold for as long as necessary until I hung up after initially saying that I will be answered in two minutes.

When I signed up I was not told that my first payment was a "SETUP FEE" and that they bill one month later for the work done. Now that I want to cancel the subscription I am now being charged another month. Lesson learn: highlight to your customers that the payment you collect at the start of service is a setup fee and not first month service!

I have had a terrible experience with this company. They are deceitful and make many excuses as to why the job cannot be competed in a timely manner. However, they NEVER fail to take their money on time. I was with them for 9 months and they only got 8 items removed. Also they never did a single thing with Experian and told me that it was my responsibility to make that contact myself. Save your money, stay away!!
