Do not, I repeat DO NOT fall for them. The sales person told me a monthly fee. They DID NOT tell me that the first $90 charge was a "set up" fee and I would be charged each month after that for the prior month. So, when I ended my service, I was told I still owed another $90 fee. What a crock! Also, the sales rep said that in a couple of months, I would see a big improvement. Well after 4 months, only 5 of the 10 problems were ever resolved. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. There are other agencies that are cheaper and may not deceive you like this one.

Choosing creditrepair is been nothing but bad experience for me. I don't know what people are happy or talking about, giving false report. I am not happy with the services am receiving right now and want to cancelled the services. Since April i have only 3 removed and i told my first priority that i want them to remove. They are just collecting money doing nothing and when you call to talk to them that will take Jesus to come down before that answer their phone. Moreover, i heard a lot of bad report on them. I wish i heard this before i choose them to help me.

They lied to me about the cost. They didn't try to do anything to keep me as a customer when I told them I was unhappy with their services and canceling. When I signed up for credit karma and saw my credit report it was not what credit repair was showing me. Everything they had me believe they were removing they did not because it is showing up on my credit report with credit karma. I don't recommend anyone using creditrepair.com. I went into skeptical thinking it was a scam and they proved me right!

Horrible, horrible, horrrible. Awful customer service reps. Very slow process. I pay for myself and my spouse and after we didn't sign the renewal agreement after one year of working with them, my card was charged excess fees for services that were never rendered. I am not surprised because lexington law was the exact same thing. Spent a lot of money and little removed after 3 years....2 with lexington and one with credit repair.com. They both charged full price for each of us (myself and my spouse) we received a discount. So buyer be ware of these two wolves in sheep's clothing

Used this company for 4 months. Started off good at first, but I didnt know that the credit score that reflects on their report is totally off, and doesnt reflect your actual credit score. They told me my credit score had increased from 566 to 633 within 4 months. Pulled credit report through freecreditreport.com & creditkarma.com, and my credit score is 533 (lower) than what it was when I started with them. This company takes your money, prolongs the process, to make money. Please beware! SCAM!

I was with CreditRepair for almost 6 months. When hire them they said that over 70% of the items reported to the credit bureaus are filed incorrectly.I had 18 credit issues and they didn't fixed a single one. The man in the phone assured me that I had issues that were over 7 years old and would be very easy to take out. they lied about everything. CREDIT REPAIR ACTUALLY DAMAGED MY CREDIT!!!

Worst company ever I paid close to 200 dallors for being in the company less then a month. THIS IS A SCAM. I joined on Oct 23rd 12.95 start up fee. Nov &th payed 89.95. Then when i canceled on Nov 20th was told I would be charged for work they have done already. My credit did not change one bit. I told Marsha when I first signed up I might not stay for more then a month and she said if I canceled before Dec 4th I would not be charged. This company is not even accredited. Dont sign up.
