My mother used them and two years after closing all her accounts because she died. They still have not gotten her accounts closed. They are the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Plus they charge fees for everything. I would never use this company if I were paid to.

I had to close this account because apparently, I was not using my card enough times. I got charged a fee because I was not making 10 transactions a month! They held checks for a long time and everything about them was a problem.

Terrible for teen accounts and too many fees for regular accounts. My teenager was paid with a fake check and the account was immediately closed. I understand it was a fake check but my teen didn't know better and I feel there should be some leniency.
