We've banked at wells Fargo and have had the credit for about 15 years. The credit card is a visa and it's extremely convenient to transfer from our bank account to the credit card for payment, so we always keep it. We have had credit extensions over the year and use it for recurring costs or when Amex can't be used.

The customer service has always been great and the app is super helpful for making payments, deposits, and putting a card on hold. I was able to get a student credit card that gave 3% cash back on purchases which was great. My biggest complaint is that it wasn't clear when payments were due so I missed the first few and had to call for them for the definitive date

Have banked with Wells Fargo for many years. I have an account at a credit union that has been hacked twice but never any trouble with Wells Fargo. Tells are super courteous sometimes to the point it can seem a little fake but it is better to have over the top customer service than not.

I have been a customer with Wells Fargo since 2009 and I have never had any problems. They are highly dependable and they really want the best for you. There were several cases in which I needed replacement cards or I forgot the password to my online account. In every circumstance, they were always willing to quickly help.

I have a Wells Fargo credit card and have had it forever. It is easy to use with a great rate attached and many notifications can be attached to it for record keeping and tracking spending. It can be used almost everywhere and is very convenient.

This is the card I use the most. It has rewards that I like, it gives me cash back if I want. I have a lot of options. I trust the bank and they have locations that are easy to go into and check on things if I need to. I also have great fraud protection and they will let me know if anything looks suspicious.

Wells Fargo 0 well - it is a mixed review: I have had a Wells Fargo Visa card for a couple decades, and had excellent service, and no problems of any kind. On the other hand, I am disgusted with the lack of integrity and dishonesty internally - obviously covered up or endorsed or ignored by upper management for the dishonest problems which have been in the press about the company over the past two years. There is a. reputation to recover - and it is going to take a while for me to regain trust with this organization. Anyone can make a mistake - but with these guys - too many - and too big of mistakes. I wish them well in their pursuit to re-build trust

I have been very pleased with my Wells Fargo Credit card. It isn't one that I use very often but when I need to it's nice to know that I can use it without any problems. I have a Wells Fargo checking and savings account as well which makes paying off the card so convenient to do with online banking.

My elderly parents bank at Wells Fargo. I was pleasantly surprised that they offer free notarization for living wills and trusts. We walked into the facility on two different days. The agents were friendly, and took the time needed to care for us.

I don't have a checking account, so having a savings account only which makes it a little more difficult to speak to customer service and their systems are now more difficult for face to face clients they make it inconvenient. I do have a credit card as well, again, not my favorite, but I got the Propel card and still waiting for the rewards to show up 4 months later...not impressed.

I had my Wells Fargo Credit Card for 5 years. I never kept a balance and tried to keep it paid off. They did not send digital statements, only paper statements, which was a major disappointment. And several times I missed payments with no reminder or email to inform me. The rewards are minimal with their cards and I would suggest getting a card anywhere else. In my 5 years- I earned a $20 reward to shop in their online store. Not worth it.

I have always love this company, but some of the customers service reps are not so great! They once closed all of my account and send back my $27,000 bach pay check to the sender. It was first pending and then no money or account. No explanation.

Things sure are different after the pandemic, especially if you need to get something done over the phone. Some of the Wells Fargo branches wouldn't even let me come in without an appointment. Having said that, I was happy to find that when I finally reached someone, the old Wells Fargo customer service kicked in. Now I'm happy again!

I looked over the stipulations and felt like it was an immediate rip-off. I wanted the best card available so I looked into the Choice Priveleges card excited that they were offering points for all purchases but the largest amount of points was only given for CERTAIN hotels and not all hotels. That would mean I have to go where they want me to go and not the hotel of my preference if I wanted to get the full 10x points and not just 1x points. I love to travel but I may not use a choice hotel every time if they aren't the best hotel for my destination. So paying for this card (it has an annual fee) wouldn't be worth it for me.

Up until 2-3 years ago I was a fan of Wells Fargo. I had used them as my primary banking facility. Then something changed. Branches started closing, phone calls took longer to answer, issues took much longer to get resolved and trust and confidence eroded with each service that reduced it's capacity. I still use them, but just not in the same volume of transactions or services as before.

I have Wells Fargo for a bank account currently. While the bank is very good at making sure to reimburse if there is any fraudulent activity on the account there aren't many branches open. And with some of them closing down recently it is getting harder to find one to access my account.

I have Wells Fargo banking so I used the credit cards primarily for overdraft protection for my bank accounts. Although WF has had many scandals in the last few years I have never had any bad incidence and the credit cards have always been issue free. One thing I don't like is the high fees they charge for late fees, etc.

After having two car loans utilizing Wells Fargo, I was able to apply and receive a CC. Don't apply for one unless you have decent credit. This is not an easy card to get. But, it is well worth it. Also their customer service has been top notch as well as a easy website to navigate.

I have had an account with WF for 15 years or so. I haven't had a moments trouble with them. Their rates were reasonable and they have always provided at least average service. A few years back, when rates were so good, they even did a no cost, no effort refi that saved me like 2 or 3% on my rate.

I have been a long time customer of Wells Fargo they bought out my bank. I have been with them since 1991 I plan to leave soon. I don't like this bank and don't want to support them. They charge for everything. I had trouble around 2007 with my business they wouldn't give me a break I closed out my business bank account. When I was building my business again I needed a credit card they would't give me one. I had always good credit before the recession. I will go to a credit union.

Wells Fargo is nice because they are easy to access in a wide number of places, but I have not been impressed with their fraud detection abilities or help. I had some money stolen while I was on a trip a while ago and despite all the proof I gave them (copies of my flight itinerary proving I was on a plane when the transaction happened in a foreign country) they said my experience was not fraud. I talked to several different people on the phone and even went into a branch to talk to someone in person. When I asked them what their definition of fraud was they had no explanation, and wouldn't help me further or never got back to me. A couple months later I called again to open a new claim and the representative identified my case immediately as possible fraud through a very simple indicator that anyone else should have been able to see as well. In addition, I don't feel that their credit card rewards are very good either and I am planning on changing banks.
