Wells Fargo is our primary bank for checking and savings. They are competitive with most other financial institutions. What I don't like is it's hard to actually call and get a live person from our branch. Calls go to a call center and it's a chore to get to talk to the right person.

I don't have any other cards to compare it with, but I've never had any issues. They seem to have an appropriate algorithm to reward responsible management with increased credit limits. It's annoying that after I got married, my wife couldn't have access to the card online, but I think that has more to do with federal law than Wells Fargo.

Never had any problems using it. Whenever I have a question about the credit card or about the statement , I call custermer service and with a friendly voice they ask me how can they help me. The representative helps me with the questions and they find a solution.

They are in a repentant state, so we're finally being dealt with fairly. Originally they would clear checking accounts items where the largest cleared first and three smaller would be returned at $35 each. Sometimes the three smaller could've been cleared and only one returned; how dishonest there were. NOW they give you 24 hours to cover overdrafts before assessing fees. A 180 degree turn!

I benefited from the Wells Fargo card when I had my mortgage because the rewards went directly to my mortgage principal. They no longer have my mortgage so we don't use them as much anymore. We never had an issue and the rewards are pretty good.

One of the best features of Wells Fargo is that ability to use 8 digit pin numbers rather than only 4 digits. This greatly helps with security using pin when people might be trying to peak a it. Great prices and value from reliable consistent customer relations.

I love that whenever I call customer service for help with something they make sure I'm completely satisfied before letting me go & never make me feel like I'm wasting their time or dumb for asking questions, mostly I love that it's not a robot but an actual person who is not on the other side of the world!

Overall, I'm not a fan. I use them when they offer longer term free financing deals, but I seem to recall running into an issue on the exact day of a final payment that became a battle. They following statement wanted to charge late fees and back interest. I about had a stroke. Other than that, I love using other people's money to buy things, and have used them multiple times on larger purchases to even out the payments.

We've banked at wells Fargo and have had the credit for about 15 years. The credit card is a visa and it's extremely convenient to transfer from our bank account to the credit card for payment, so we always keep it. We have had credit extensions over the year and use it for recurring costs or when Amex can't be used.

The customer service has always been great and the app is super helpful for making payments, deposits, and putting a card on hold. I was able to get a student credit card that gave 3% cash back on purchases which was great. My biggest complaint is that it wasn't clear when payments were due so I missed the first few and had to call for them for the definitive date

Have banked with Wells Fargo for many years. I have an account at a credit union that has been hacked twice but never any trouble with Wells Fargo. Tells are super courteous sometimes to the point it can seem a little fake but it is better to have over the top customer service than not.

This is the card I use the most. It has rewards that I like, it gives me cash back if I want. I have a lot of options. I trust the bank and they have locations that are easy to go into and check on things if I need to. I also have great fraud protection and they will let me know if anything looks suspicious.

Wells Fargo 0 well - it is a mixed review: I have had a Wells Fargo Visa card for a couple decades, and had excellent service, and no problems of any kind. On the other hand, I am disgusted with the lack of integrity and dishonesty internally - obviously covered up or endorsed or ignored by upper management for the dishonest problems which have been in the press about the company over the past two years. There is a. reputation to recover - and it is going to take a while for me to regain trust with this organization. Anyone can make a mistake - but with these guys - too many - and too big of mistakes. I wish them well in their pursuit to re-build trust

I don't have a checking account, so having a savings account only which makes it a little more difficult to speak to customer service and their systems are now more difficult for face to face clients they make it inconvenient. I do have a credit card as well, again, not my favorite, but I got the Propel card and still waiting for the rewards to show up 4 months later...not impressed.

I had a wells fargo home improvement card, I probably wont ever use them again, you only heard from them if you were late with a payment otherwise, they couldn't have cared less, I was very glad to pay off my card and cut it up.

I had my Wells Fargo Credit Card for 5 years. I never kept a balance and tried to keep it paid off. They did not send digital statements, only paper statements, which was a major disappointment. And several times I missed payments with no reminder or email to inform me. The rewards are minimal with their cards and I would suggest getting a card anywhere else. In my 5 years- I earned a $20 reward to shop in their online store. Not worth it.

There was a rental car issue I tried to reach out to the customer service I received letter from, I called them to give information about enterprise fraud activity and with out knowing the problem the rude person behind the phone talking to me like I’m making staff up or he knows the inter price is right and I’m wrong here until he got it that what I’m trying to say is correct and enterprise guy are wrong and he have transfers to a lady that is more donkeyer that doesn’t understand the situation and want to make me here wrong . I have been in a car accident at no fault the person who hit my vehicle from behind is a AAA insurance customer and he had a rental car covered in his policy, the AAA Joseph L told me that everything is covered but not the insurance that I’m responsible for that , so said ok when is my car would be ready cz I don’t have extra money to pay for the rental car insurance, so I have requested the inter price employer Derek to cover me only for 3 day because Mr AAA Joseph L supposedly return my car like he said, but my car wasn’t ready in 3 days and I had the insurance for car only for 3 days , but then inter price charge my card with out me known and I had to make a dispute on that transaction and previously I had a secure credit card with Wells Fargo , I dispute with credit Karma and it’s still there it has been more then 7 years and it should be off my credit history

Up until 2-3 years ago I was a fan of Wells Fargo. I had used them as my primary banking facility. Then something changed. Branches started closing, phone calls took longer to answer, issues took much longer to get resolved and trust and confidence eroded with each service that reduced it's capacity. I still use them, but just not in the same volume of transactions or services as before.
