I have been a citi credit card holder for many years. You are rewarded for being a good customer from citi. 0% interest on balance transfers for a year with a 5% acquisition fee. So many offers to talk about. Great credit card with plenty of perks

I have had a Citi credit card for over 15 years. I have never experienced anything less than truly professional customer service. Their web site is very user friendly and easy to navigate. The credit cards they offer have various inducements; I am using the lower interest rate card with thank you points as a reward feature. Redeeming the thank you points is easy and shipping when required has always been reasonably fast. They also offer a full range of credit services including travel notification, fico score, identify theft protection, insurance and special offers.

Well, I used to really like Citi. It was my 2nd favorite credit card. I had a high credit limit and the double cash card had great cashback perks. All the sudden one day, without any notification or reason (no change in credit score or payment history), my credit limit was cut in half....which impacted me- in complete embarrassment- when I went to use it. Not cool, Citi, not cool. I will pay it off and let it just sit in my drawer. Citi will not get additional money/support/business from me.

However, when you dice deep into the variety of cars that they are able to offer, I believe that we are always able to find something that could benefit us such as credit rewards, travel, or cashback options. These are also great options for people trying to build credit.

This 1 of my go to cards! It offers good introductory offers, benefits, and rewards. I really like the Flex Pay feature that allows you to finance individual purchases over $75. The Flex Loan feature is another good one. Its less interest than a cash advance or personal loan and easily accessible.

Easy to use card. Easy to navigate app. One frustration I do have is my husband had me as an authorized user and they won’t allow me to have my own account to login and manage the account. I have to use his login. It’s lot a huge deal but it is annoying as if I get locked out for some reason it’s harder to gain access since it’s linked to his info and not mine.

Citi card has great customer service! My husband lost his card when he was getting gas. I called as soon as he told me and they were awesome. They immediately froze our cards and checked to see if there were any charges that we didn’t make. They issued us new cards. We can use this card anywhere and get cash back . We only use are cards at Costco and we receive cash back for gas and groceries.

I recently applied for one of their "Double Cash Mastercards" because they give you 2% back on purchases. Their was no trouble getting back an instant approval online & the card arrived in about 5 days. I've since transferred most of my business to the card because of the rate of return. They've got an easy website to track your business & I've been very pleased with the service.

Citi Double Cash Mastercard - These days for us, card usage is about Rewards. For the many cases where there is no special deal on your card for a specific type of purchase, the "minimum" reward is important. For the longest time, we stuck with the Capitol One card because of its 1.5% reward, for general purcchases. But Citi bank has offered a better deal. 1% when you purchase, another 1% when you pay. So if you regularly pay off your balance, this amounts to 2% on any purchase. And, the first time I had an issue with an unresponsive seller on an online purchase, they quickly refunded my charge, and took it up with the seller on their own. So, with 2% plus security, I'm using this card a lot now.

We deposited money with Citi based on an offer; at the termination of the required months of deposit we requested our promised reward and were denied it. It took WEEKS of arguing and repeated long phone calls to force Citi to honor its commitment: they obfuscated and denied the offer, then said we did not sign up, then said our offer-code was incorrect, etc etc etc. I would not trust this company as far as I could carry their headquarters.

I've just received the card. There is no difference in using any other card. Once I've had it for a few months I will be able to evaluate the perks. The reason why I've got the card is that I don't pay any annual fees. Also, the perks of my old Credit Card got so reduced that it's just not with collecting points anymore, let alone pay they ridiculous annual fee.

My husband is in the tech industry and often buys tech equipment, however when he uses our Citi card, he often gets temporary blocks or "did not go throughs" because those are high crime areas. Love citi. Love the money back rewards. I have the 2 percent where you get 1 percent when you buy and 1 percent when you pay your bill. Who doesn’t like getting money back! Easy to use their site. Can view all charges, can ever click to get notifications on when you buy and when you pay and more. Easy to spot a fraud charge if needed. Customer service has always been great with questions. Easy to manage account online. They even have special protective services for your card for damages etc. I find the card convenient and accepted everywhere.
