My Citi Card has always worked and has held up to being washed in a washing machine more than a few times! Once my payment was late in the USPS mail system and I contacted customer service who kindly removed the late fee.

I have 2 Citi credit cards - one from them directly and one through Costco. They're used for specific things that maximize the cash back rewards. Both are just fine. The rewards are good, though the "double cash" card is kind of annoying in the way it splits the rewards over time.

Citi has been great customer service. I have the Costco Citibank credit card and when the “tapping” method wore out, I called and was able to get a new credit card without any problems or interruptions of service.

I have highly enjoyed having my Citi credit card. They have great rewards when it comes to using your card. Besides having to pay a yearly maintenance fee, they have zero drawbacks to their company. I would recommend Citi card to anyone looking for a credit card with great rewards, as cash back, etc.

Citi has been one of my first credit cards. I find their website easy to understand and access. Unfortunately, they have cut back on many privileges like buyer protection. I find they are no longer competitive with other cards.

We had particularly good experience with the citi’s Costco Anywhere Visa card! It is excellent with good rebate program, not only for Costco shopping, but for travel, gas, and dining.

I used to use Citi credit cards, however, especially now that I am retired, I have closed out all but two of my credit cards. I always had good service with them, however I they were not affiliated with my credit union (debit card) or Amazon (credits for purchases). If you are looking for additional credit, they would certainly work fine.

Discover made a mistake losing their contract with Costco. We use our Citi Visa for everything. They are accepted EVERYWHERE, and the rewards are fantastic. I used to use only my debit card, but Citi Visa offers protection against fraud spending so that helped me make the switch.

I have always liked my citi cards. I currently have a costco card and an advantage card. They are easy to work with and I don't have any complaints. I like the reward program with Costco. They also give good balance transfer options which is nice.

We use our Citi card for Costco shopping, since it's the only one they accept. It gives us rewards, which we love, and I like having it as a backup card for other shopping as well. The interest rate isn't great, like most credit cards, but we pay off the balance each month so it's not a problem.

Have been very happy with our airline mileage card from Citibank. It has provided a good return on investment with miles that have been useable whenever we have wanted to use them on a wide selection of both domestic and international flights. Our mileage is through American Aiines and it’s affiliates. Would recommend the card for others

We have had a couple of medical issues lately and couldn’t make our payments. So since we couldn’t make our payments they now some 5 months later offer us a lower interest rate. If that’s the case why didn’t you do this at the first? Or give it to all customers.

Store branded retail cards, and personal loans. Excellent pay history with loans and cards backed by Citi. However, attempting to add other cards, or limit increases with this company has proven unseccessful. Customer loyalty is quite low on their list.

This is a huge mistake to get this credit card!!! They charge you more money on your minimum payment the more you use it. The customer service assistance is awful, they literally give you answers that are all hypothetical. Everything is a variable …. The interest on this card is not worth having it, and I honestly do not even want/cant make purchases on it because it is not worth it. I do not recommend this card, and definitely look into other cards. Complete disappointment !!!

Well, I used to really like Citi. It was my 2nd favorite credit card. I had a high credit limit and the double cash card had great cashback perks. All the sudden one day, without any notification or reason (no change in credit score or payment history), my credit limit was cut in half....which impacted me- in complete embarrassment- when I went to use it. Not cool, Citi, not cool. I will pay it off and let it just sit in my drawer. Citi will not get additional money/support/business from me.
