These people are awful and they’re criminals using loopholes to succeed. I have a small bank account, and then two big bank accounts. Capital One is much better overall, and I’m sure a homeless man would be too. I can’t express my dismay for Chase enough.

Zero Customer Service, trying to get one of their credit cards, with an "excellent" FICO score above 790, was not good for these folks. I dump them and ended -up with better credit cards with very comfortable lines of credit.

Chase has the worst customer service and longest hold times. My bank account was closed without my knowledge after I was a victim of unemployment fraud. My paycheck was direct deposit. Account was closed. Took me 3 months and a call to the local News. Thumbs down.
