When I got Bank of America I didn’t know what I know now but when I got it, they never told me I had to pay $300 up front before I could use it and then charged me and it went straight to my credit and messed it up and still had to pay for a card I didn’t use.

I only use my debit card occasionally as a credit card since I mainly use it for ATM transactions only. That said, BofA customer service has been great and I enjoy using the bank. ATM fees could be less for out of network.

Problem with on-line purchases where they have to verify first it was you making the purchase through text messages which takes some time. Very inconvenient. My other credit cards are not like that.

I opened an account with Bank of America online did all my shopping online did all my banking online but when it comes to canceling or closing your account oh you have to go into the store so they can try and upcharge you on something else or get you to open a new account
