We are on phone number 2 now. First phone bricked and the second phone suddenly lost connectivity to the mobile network. Customer service was terrible and technical support was terrible as well.

Our Customer Support works hard to troubleshoot and provide solutions to resolve any issue you might be seeing on your device. They were able to get a replacement device and now a replacement SIM card sent out to you on our fastest shipping to help with that network issue. We would love to personally look into this situation with you to activate the replacement SIM card and help with any further troubleshooting needed. We have reached out!
