Gabb wireless watch is defected product. The charging pins at the back of the watch are not aligned and caused charging a very difficult task. As a watch, without effective charging, it is easily out of battery and make the watch useless. What is the worse, even if the watch become unusable, the company won't replace it and keep charging you wireless monthly plan or $150 early terminiation fee. These all happpened to my Gabb wireless watch. The watch has been dead for a few weeks.

I got this watch for my daughter in high hopes it would be everything it said it was. The first day my daughter received the watch the protective screen was broken by my daughter simply putting on the watch and accidentally dropping it a foot above the ground. The product itself is very cheaply made. Zero durability. On top of that I was charged $298.15 for missing a payment. Customer service is terrible. I would highly advise anyone seeking a watch/phone for their kids to avoid gabb wireless.

My card was compromised so it was shut down. There was no way of paying for the monthly bill and I had to wait for my new card to come in. I was told I could pay with a gift card and when I went to put it online it declined the gift card because it does have a physical address and they wouldn't take it over the phone. It took forever to find a phone number to actually call Gabb Wireless. If you have any problems at all the customers service s*cks. Go with another company.

Terrible customer service! Service was shut down after a mix up in billing due to a recent move to a new home. We logged into our account, updated billing address and paid past month along with upcoming. Service has remained down. There was no notice of the issue and customer service is non-existent. Multiple attempts with a "blackout notice" in the midwest (we live in Idaho) for days, with only an option to leave a message. No return calls.

I think the company has very good intentions and meets them very well. The phone doesn't have internet access and no app store so it is safe for kids! Although, I've had a Gabb phone for a little over a year now and there are some problems. While messaging on a group chat, the messages will stop coming through and pile up in the individual's messaging. These messages eventually come through after a while but at random times. This has happened to me on many, many occasions.

I HATE GABB. I would NOT recommend it to my worst enemy! I have spent more time waiting on hold than my children are actually able to use the phones. The phones often don't have service and their solution is "Take the battery out and that will reset it." You shouldn't have to take out a battery each time you want to make a call or read a text!

Customer service is extremely poor especially compared to other companies like troomi. Phone promised third-party apps are coming soon, but has failed to deliver. Phone is outdated, and their competitors are able to offer better phones at cheaper prices. Highly recommend going towards troomi. A lot of people are very happier at that company.

I love the idea. However, hope you never need to get ahold of them for a warranty or anything. They only have a chat feature and you will have to refresh it every min or so to not get kicked out of line. The software is far more complicated than any phone I’ve ever used. In fact, it’s essentially unusable. For one of many examples, placing a call on hold and then returning to that call seems to be impossible. I’ve been working around computers since the late 70s and I’ve never experienced software this bad.
