Terrible customer service! Service was shut down after a mix up in billing due to a recent move to a new home. We logged into our account, updated billing address and paid past month along with upcoming. Service has remained down. There was no notice of the issue and customer service is non-existent. Multiple attempts with a "blackout notice" in the midwest (we live in Idaho) for days, with only an option to leave a message. No return calls.

I think the company has very good intentions and meets them very well. The phone doesn't have internet access and no app store so it is safe for kids! Although, I've had a Gabb phone for a little over a year now and there are some problems. While messaging on a group chat, the messages will stop coming through and pile up in the individual's messaging. These messages eventually come through after a while but at random times. This has happened to me on many, many occasions.

With 6 months left on contract, watch stopped charging. No apologies. Just a phone call and email telling me of the penalty for early termination. If I could give it zero, I would. Do not sell a device and plan when your device cannot last till duration of plan.

After 3 months, the device is already broken; it won't charge at all. I waited on hold for 90 minutes with customer service only to be hung up on! The phone is still under warranty but that doesn't do me any good if I can't get through to anyone in customer service.

The GPS tracking is terrible and can not find my child's location even the phone signal is good and the phone is in the same room of my phone. I just can not understanding why the phone is not working as expected as other companies (such as ATT, T-mobile, and verizon. I guess I have to cancel the gabb and switch to another company.

I HATE GABB. I would NOT recommend it to my worst enemy! I have spent more time waiting on hold than my children are actually able to use the phones. The phones often don't have service and their solution is "Take the battery out and that will reset it." You shouldn't have to take out a battery each time you want to make a call or read a text!

Location tracking is terrible. It’s the whole reason we bought the phone and the watch. I voiced my disappointment to customer service and they offered no help or support. Unfortunately I am locked into 2 years with them. I will be canceling the first day possible. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

have used Gabb for two kids. extremely low quality of phones, and poor reception. I would reccommend adding a phone to your regular plan, and purchasing an internet filter. I plan on doing that with the remaining 6 children I have at home

Noel C. Is not a good customer support agent. This took over 3 weeks to resolve and she was rude and short in her comments and was not willing to tell us exactly what to do to get the watch working. Gabb is terrible and I told the influence promoting them to stop. Their service is a joke.

Customer service is extremely poor especially compared to other companies like troomi. Phone promised third-party apps are coming soon, but has failed to deliver. Phone is outdated, and their competitors are able to offer better phones at cheaper prices. Highly recommend going towards troomi. A lot of people are very happier at that company.

I love the idea. However, hope you never need to get ahold of them for a warranty or anything. They only have a chat feature and you will have to refresh it every min or so to not get kicked out of line. This has happened to me so many times I am going to have to cancel services and move somewhere else.

The software is far more complicated than any phone I’ve ever used. In fact, it’s essentially unusable. For one of many examples, placing a call on hold and then returning to that call seems to be impossible. I’ve been working around computers since the late 70s and I’ve never experienced software this bad.
