Very bad company prices go up each month and i started with 2 line and they gave me hell when i tried to separate the family plan. I had to port my numbers out because they refuse to separate the lines.

While the price is OK the service is not. Many times you can't complete a call, or it goes right to voice mail. I often get emergency calls only. Not real relialble.

They make it very difficult to downgrade your plan. It ratchets up, but they won't let it go back down. Customer service is closed late and on weekends. It must be their business model. Thieves.

When i signed up, i wasn't told about all the taxes and fee. I didn't realize a no contract mobile company charged fees. I cancelled after the first month. I pay $35 dollars a month for 10 gb without all those fees.

Do not use consumer cellular ,it takes 45 minutes to get an agent ,I have been trying for Week to get my service on . After buying my own SIM card who has an hour to lay your phone down on speaker and wait 45 minutes
