You cannot send photos with texts without using your data. Also, it turns every text message into a multimedia message, for which you have to use data. The customer service rep told me I can't use wifi for these--I must use data. Lots of times I can't get a connection. I thought ATT was bad, but I've actually found a carrier that's far worse.

I was skeptical that the service would be good quality for the low price but I have never had an issue with my cellular service and I get the same level of cellular service for 1/3 of the price of other cellular plans. The customer service has been good as well and they are willing to talk you through the process step by step. I also find the pricing to be transparent unlike some other places where there are so many fees and subcharges and they never give you a straight answer on the total monthly cost. I have used CC for years and have no complaints and just added a line to my plan for a kid.
