I was skeptical that the service would be good quality for the low price but I have never had an issue with my cellular service and I get the same level of cellular service for 1/3 of the price of other cellular plans. The customer service has been good as well and they are willing to talk you through the process step by step. I also find the pricing to be transparent unlike some other places where there are so many fees and subcharges and they never give you a straight answer on the total monthly cost. I have used CC for years and have no complaints and just added a line to my plan for a kid.

Almost impossible to close an account. They will say the account is closed and then 2-3 months later you get a bill for hundreds of dollars. This company has no ethics when it comes to keeping customers. Don't ever sign up for their service... you will regret it.

Another scam on seniors. Horrible, incompetent, rude customer service reps with heavy foreign accents that are near impossible to understand, working from their U.S. home with distractions in the background. Find another phone service for yourself or your loved one.

I’ve been a Consumer Cellular customer for 3 years and they terminated my service before notifying me that my payment didn’t go thru. For 3 years, I never missed a payment so I requested an extension. They told me no because the service was already suspended.

The worst cellphone company I ever had. If there is a zero for your service that’s exactly what you would get. They try and get over on the elderly and that’s one of the worst things that they are good for. All I can say is run,run,run as fast as you can away from consumer cellular. A nightmare in the works!

The coverage was poor. The calls dropped often or I could not make calls because of the poor network service. I would not recommend this carrier, especially in small towns or rural areas.
