Customer Service needs improvement. Went to a sprint store since my phone was broken and since the old one could not be repaired ended up buying a new one. The sales representative had no sense of urgency and wasn't very helpful in questions that I had. I literally had to do my own research in the store in front of the sales rep on google to see what features the phone had. I am glad that T-mobile has taken over. Hopefully this will mean better cell phone reception as and customer service.

I was in a financial bind and thought I'd listen to the commercials about Sprint being cost effective so we switched. We did so because the Sprint salesperson told us they use the same towers as Verizon and there is no reason to pay a higher amount for the same coverage. Well, we were lied to. Sprint does not have the same coverage in our area (Western PA) as Verizon. We don't appreciate being lied to just to make a buck.

6 years ago, I used to have sprint. I did not like it because it was too expensive and the services aren't good at all. Every time you use over the limit they charge you and I don't like that. It's not fair if you use over the limit at least don't charge. Couldn't afford sprint anymore and had to change my line to T-Mobile.

Sprint has a great service and during times like these it’s always good to have a phone company who is willing to help you out as much as possible with your bill.

Sprint was the best company I had payment wise but I struggled a lot with the service. In PA, I found that I would have to stand in certain corners and not move in order to get service when on the phone. If I wasn’t connected to wifi, my phone was rendered useless in the home.

Sprint has been a great cell phone provider. I am able to get service in various areas such as the mountains. I also enjoy that they offer discounts on monthly rates.

Sprint is alright. They are cheap which is great but I often don't have the best reception as compared to some other companies I have been with before. On the plus side, they have very cheap deals for families so that's why I have stayed with them.

I've had Sprint for about 5 years. For the most part Sprint is a great service, but in some areas i have traveled the service has been sub par. Some of my family members cannot be on our plan becasue there is generally no service where they are located.

I was a Sprint customer for over 10 years and found that they do not value their customers. When we went to go in to review our contract, we found that they were charging us more than double of what competitors would charge for a data plan. This had been going on for about 3 years. Even more so, when we wanted to look for deals or ways to upgrade our phone, we were not given any options. Overall, the customer service was poor, the phone service was poor, the pricing was poor, and the treatment of long-time customers was poor.

My family had been with sprint for years and multiple times, they raised our family plan without a notice. They only notice was our bill. We’ve been very loyal and haven’t felt that in return. I also got a lot more unknown phone calls and similar annoyances when I was with sprint.

As a long time customer I am for the most happy with sprint. I do not like, however, the fact that only new customers are eligible for the great deals. It’s like they already have you so why reward you. Not very fair.

Sprint provided me with reasonable customer service when I was looking for a new carrier but they were more expensive than others. Additionally, their nationwide coverage isn't as good as the competition. They seem to have more "dead spots" in their reception than many.

When we were shopping around for phone plans we spent a lot of time at sprint. They have great reception and service, very rarely drop calls. But their family plans were just too expensive so we decided to stay where we are. We would definitely look at them in the future when we need less lines.

I have sprint, and I am seriously considering switching providers. The prices are great, but it comes at a cost. When my colleagues who have T-mobile had no trouble getting service, my phone seriously struggled making simple calls. Any building I enter blocks my service, and the employees have minimum care or empathy.

Had sprint in the past services was ok however as time moved on they seemed to stay in the past with what they offered to current customers. we had new people come into the sprint family and they had some awesome plans but the people that were with them from there inception were grandfathered in at such high costs that it was no longer manageable to pay the bill. no unlimited anything and if you got a new phone once the old one did not work they restarted another contract all over again with the old pricing and now a new phone to pay monthly sorry sprint but it was just to expensive to stay with you.

Sprint isn’t the best phone network company, but it also isn’t terrible. There customer service isn’t the best and it is hard to fully understand what you are paying for/ what sales you actually receive. I usually have a lot of frustration when I go to the sprint store to purchase a new phone or other phone needs.

I shared a plan with my mom, starting off when I was just in highschool. Updating my phone was difficult, and the wait time in the store was WAY too long. Plus there was no seating, standing room only. I'd watch associates not even help customers. The billing and pricing was confusing, and the service was horrible - no matter the phone. I had an iPhone 4s, and then several Android phones and the reception and signal was atrocious where ever I was. The data connection was at a standstill.

Service where I live is terrible when compared to other providers. Calls get dropped all the time, and I have no LTE service at my house, so the internet runs miserably slow. Unless the network improves in my area, I likely will never go with these guys.

I have had sprint since 2006 and for the last year the customer service has been horrible and there employees are told to lie to there customers. I am on my way out. Don't go with sprint or tmoble unless you want to spend way more then what they tell you what your bill will be. Also they throttle down your service. It's not a good company at all.

They are very bad and very poor customer service. they just add to your bill and when you talked to the over the phone they promised that the problem is solved but your bill stays high .....just wasting time over and over. they charge you more, if you do not realize that, Good for them!

I switched to save money and in the end didn't end up saving any. They offered a free line so I took them up on it and now I get billed and extra $85.00 a month for the free line. I have to call them up and eventually get a credit but seriously should I have to spend an hour on the phone every month to not get charged for my free line?

First, I’ll discuss what I like to call “fake service”- where my phone says I have 4 bars of LTE but I can’t even send a text. Weird. Second, when trying to move our lines over to a different company, the sprint representatives literally hung up on us three times when they couldn’t fix a problem. Boo.

This company is a rip-off they robbed me during this difficult times they supposed to return $58.98 back to my account but instead that end up charging me $45.00 and from that 58.98 the only return $27.00 back and the phone was hung up on my face. Ever since the merger with T-mobile, service has been terrible. Calls are constantly dropped, messages won't send, videos won't play. I pay money to have a working phone! I understand things take time so I will give it another month. If service is still lacking, I will be switching providers. It's ridiculous.

Sprint is the worse phone company ever: You always have problems with them and they change often what they say to you on previous call. They don’t keep their word and never come to a good conclusion with you. Never again.. I will change company, once my lease is up.. I do NOT advise this company and it's very very expensive.

Terrible worst reception that I have ever had. They lied to me when I got my iPhone from them. They said after I made 18 payments, the phone would be mine. I just made my last payment and now they are saying that I owe them another $180 to keep the phone. Liars, cheaters, deceivers. Just say no. Don't do it.
