the cheapest carrier of the Big 4 but also has the worst service. They are working really hard to improve it but it feels like they are still far behind Verizon and ATT on service.

I consistently do not have service when my peers with other providers do. The device I have is absolutely comparable to the devices offered through other carriers, too. I simply have Sprint because I'm on a family deal.

I use to have Sprint, the reception sucked. They don't do what they promise and the bill is crazy expensive. Sometimes I would get random roaming charges while being in the US.

Their coverage was horrible when we moved to Hawaii so we ended up switching carriers and their customer service was non existent when we would call in with billing issues. We had a lot of charges that shouldn't have been on our bill.

I used Sprint as my carrier for 3 years. During junior high it worked pretty good at the school but once I got to Highschool it never worked inside the building. I would never be able to call somebody if I was inside of the school and it caused a lot of problems. Also I wouldn't be able to snapchat people which makes it hard to communicate with my friends at school.

Thee worst cell phone provider. Even before they teamed up with T-Mobile. The billing is so expensive than other carriers and the service is poor. The connections are terrible.

very spotty coverage, many dropped calls, no one ever answers customer service or chat, Airave stopped working and had to find out online that it's discontinued. (It is discontinued, right? Hard to say.) Terrible

Signal strength is moderate to weak in areas that I visit. Friends who have Metro PCS somehow gets better reception than I do in those areas.

They are monopolistic, trap you into contracts with deceptive practices, they sell insurance that is not really insurance because of extreamly high deductibles and are generally thier business practices are unethical.

Sprint sun is big time and something wrong with my bill. It's suppose to be $190 with the iPad I have for my daughter and out of no where it's about $230. I'm about to switch my carrier as well
